CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation Policy for RV sites:

• All cancellations for any reservation must be submitted in writing (preferably via email).

• No refunds nor credits for any site deposits for cancellations involving Holidays or other designated special event weekends.

• Deluxe/Premium RV Site Cancellations:

  • Greater than 30 days notice must be given to receive a refund
    (less a $25 admin fee). 

  • Less than 30 days but greater than 14 days notice must be given to get a credit (less a $25 admin fee).

  • No refunds nor credits with less than 14 days notice.

• Non-Deluxe/Premium RV Site Cancellations:

  • Greater than 14 days notice must be given to receive a refund (less a $15 admin fee).

  •  Less than 14 days but greater than 7 days notice must be given to get a credit (less a $15 admin fee).

  •  No refunds nor credits with less than 7 days notice

• Any credits granted must be used within one year of the date on which they are issued and are valid for new reservations only.  You MUST call or email our office to book utilizing credits, as they cannot be applied in online booking.
• No refunds/credits are given for early departures.
