No Tent Camping or Pop up Campers 

******** NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CHECKOUT OR LATE ARRIVAL. ******** 
 

SSSHHH : Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. 
TRASH : Place tied garbage bag on the street behind your RV in the morning for 9:30-10 am pickup. Garbage left out after hours will incur a $35 cleanup fee.
WATER : Frozen hydrants will incur $150 fine, broken $500. Their operation is confirmed at arrival and departure. 
SEWER HOSE : A rubber donut or threaded connector is required.
KIDS : Children 12 and under must be chaperoned by an adult in all buildings, including the Micro Fitness area. An adult must be present if they are in or around the hot tub. An Adult must be present at all AFRVR activities.
PETS : Must be leashed unless in Bark Park and cannot be left unattended outside your RV. Pickup poop or incur a $35 cleanup fee. Use pet-friendly washers/dryers and wipe them out after use. You might receive a friendly phone call if you leave a barking dog in your RV. Pets are not allowed in the Clubhouse.
PARKING : No parking on grass or roadways. Overflow parking is available in storage (gravel lot)..
FIREPITS : Are not available at the sites, you are welcome to bring your own propane fire pit. Wood-burning fire pits are not allowed.
GRILLS :  Are not available at the sites, you are welcome to bring your own propane grill. Charcoal and/or wood-burning grills are not allowed.
POWER : Surge suppressors are important for RVs. You accept full liability when plugging into AFRVR power.
INTERNET : I do understand this is a free service and I will not receive a credit or refund if I am unable to connect. Please do not use Wi-Fi boosters or extenders.
EVERYTHING ELSE : No rugs or mats on grass, place on concrete only. No tent camping. No pop-up campers, No pop-up shelters/canopies. No fireworks or discharging of firearms. No smoking in or within 30ft of any building, dispose of butts properly or incur a $35 clean up fee. No driving on grass or landscaping. ​No hammer in stakes for lawn decor as they can puncture our irrigation system, please use screw in stakes on the edge of the grass onlyPlease do not move our rocks or picnic tables -- they are in place for a reason.

Cancellation Policy is subject to change.

UNDER 30 NIGHTS (Nightly and Weekly Stays)

Reservations on Holiday stays require a 3-night minimum. Weekend stays require a 2-night minimum.

DEPOSIT: 50% of the total cost is due at booking; remaining balance is collected the day of arrival.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable when including the day of or before the following dates: Memorial Day, Father’s Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve.

CHANGE IN DATES: (1) change to non-holiday dates is allowed ($15 fee) outside of 72 hours prior to your arrival. New dates will reflect the rates for that season. Change in dates within 72 hours of arrival will be not be allowed you will have to cancel your reservation ($50 fee) and complete a new reservation. You will not be charged a fee for extending your stay.

CANCELLATION: $50 cancellation fee ($100 for Buddy Sites) will apply to all cancellations. Cancelling 72 hours prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancelling within 72 hours of your arrival your deposit is non-refundable. No-Shows will also forfeit your deposit.

30+ NIGHTS (Long Term Stays)

DEPOSIT: 25% of your total stay is due at booking. The remaining balance for the first 30 nights is collected at arrival. The rest billed on the 1st of each month.

CHANGES IN DATES: (1) change in dates is allowed ($50 fee) outside of 30 days prior to your arrival. New dates will reflect the rates for that season, your changes must meet the criteria of a 30 night stay. Reducing your stay to less than 30 days will be considered a cancellation and you will be charged a $150 fee. You will not be charged a fee for extending your stay.

CANCELLATION: $150 cancellation fee, will apply to all cancellations. Cancelling 30 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded minus the $150 cancellation fee. Cancelling within 30 days to 72 hours of your arrival your deposit is non-refundable. Cancelling within 72 hours of your arrival you will be charged for the first 30 days of your stay.

All long term (30+ days) bookings must be made over the phone.

GENERAL LIABILITY WAIVER

Angel Fire Resort Operations LLC d/b/a/ Angel Fire RV Resort ("Angel Fire") shall not be responsible for property damage, personal injury or loss to persons, pets, vehicles or personal property.

I hereby release from liability and agree to indemnify and hold harmless, Angel Fire and its owners, agents, landowners, affiliated companies and employees for any damage, injury or death to myself or other person or property, whether caused by their negligence or for any other reason, in any way connected with the physical condition of the Angel Fire RV Resort area including but not limited to the Bathhouse, Gatehouse and/or Clubhouse and adjacent areas.

I agree to defend and indemnify Angel Fire from any claim for personal injury, death or property damage (including pets) and to hold Angel Fire, its representatives, agents, officers, directors and employees harmless from any claim, legal action, harm, injury damages or loss to personal and/or property.

I contractually agree that any and all disputes between me and Angel Fire arising from their stay at the RV Resort including any claims for personal injury and/or death, will be governed by the laws of State of New Mexico and the exclusive jurisdiction thereof will be in the state or federal courts of the State of New Mexico

I have read and understand the terms of the above Full and Complete Release of Liability and Indemnity Agreement and I am signing it freely and of my own accord, realizing it is binding upon me, my heirs, and assigns.

I further agree and permit Angel Fire, to take and use any photography or any image derived therefrom of me, with or without name(s), for any editorial, promotional, advertising, trade, or other legal purpose. I agree and understand that I will not be compensated for this.

If any part of this agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall be an enforceable contract between the parties. I am aware that this contract is legally binding and that I am releasing legal rights by signing it. i have discussed the terms and conditions set forth herein with each and every person in my RV and have their consent and the authority to approve and sign this General Liability Release.

Rules, Policy and Liability Acceptance Agreement:

1. I hereby accept, understand and shall abide by the rules, policies and liability release set forth herein;
2. I accept full responsibility of everyone at my RV site;
3. I understand and agree that Angel Fire RV Resort has every right to discontinue my stay without any reimbursement at any time; and
4. I understand that Angel Fire RV Resort is not responsible for any damages as set forth above.

By signing, you agree to the Angel Fire RV Resort Rules, policies and release set forth above and that you have received. Angel Fire reserves the right to make changes to the rules, regulations and fees that it deems necessary.

I certify the above information is true and accurate
