Terms of Service

This property is privately owned.  The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person or any member of the family or guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.  Monthly rates do not include power.

By making this reservation I agree to comply with all of the Campground rules and regulations as posted in the office and/or on the grounds.

   

Cancellation Policy - Nightly/Weekly Cancellation is not the same as Monthly - Please read the Covid-19 Cancellation Policy

Nightly/Weekly:

If you cancel 4 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival you will be charged a cancellation fee of $25 and a 10% processing fee of reservation total. 

If you cancel 3 days or less prior to your reservation date there are no refunds.

No refunds for early departure.

Monthly Reservations:

There is a $100 deposit for all monthly reservations. If you book multiple months, your deposit is $250. Your deposit is applied to the last month you stay. If you cancel 3 months prior to your arrival date you will be charged one night stay. If you cancel less than 3 months prior to your arrival date your full deposit is non-refundable. During Snowbird Season (November 1st - April 1st) if you cancel after September 1st of that season your full deposit is non-refundable regardless of when the reservation is.

No refunds for early departure.

All Reservations - Nightly/Weekly/Monthly:

If you cancel 3 days (72 hours) or less from the date of your scheduled arrival you will be charged the full amount of your reservation.  The only exception is if there is a "NAMED"  storm in the Gulf directly threatening this area during the period of your reservation AND there has been a mandatory evacuation called for RVs/trailers at our location.  

During a holiday or event week:

If you cancel 10 days or more prior to your reservation you will be charged $25 cancellation fee and a 10% processing fee, if you cancel 9 days or less from the date of your scheduled arrival you will be charged the full amount of your reservation, no refund.  The only exception is if there is a "NAMED"  storm in the Gulf directly threatening this area during the period of your reservation AND there has been a mandatory evacuation called for RV/trailers at our location. 

When you provide credit card information at time of reservation, you agree to this cancellation policy.

There are no refunds for early departure.

In the event you cancel and a refund is transferred to a user credit, user credits are not transferable and cannot be used during holidays or event weeks and do have an expiration date of one year. Cancellation fees will apply.

If you extend your stay the pricing is not retroactive to a weekly or monthly rate.  

Covid Cancellation Policy - 

If you are cancelling due to covid, our regular cancellation policy will apply. 

          COVID-19 Warning to all Guests

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID 19 exists in all public areas when people are present or have been present.  COVID 19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the CDC, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.  

By continuing your visit with Bay Hide Away RV Park Campground, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID 19.
