CANCELATION POLICY:

Our cancellation policy is a 7 days notice. If you cancel before the 7 day window, you will receive a full refund: either the whole amount or the deposit put down. If the 7 day period closes, then Bear Lake Venture Park reserves the right to keep everything that has been paid toward the site: either the full amount or the deposit. You will not receive a refund unless you cancel BEFORE seven days prior to arrival. YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT if you do not show up for a resaervation. All adjustments must be made 7 days prior to arriving in order to keep the deposit on the site. Even if the weather is bad, this policy still stays in place. No refunds will be given because of bad weather.

Quiet Hours: 11pm-7am

Pets are welcomed, but need to remain on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pets to help keep us a pet friendly campground. Pets have an additional fee of $5 for each pet during their stay here with us. The fee is a flat rate, at $5 per pet.

We allow up to 6 people per site, if additional guests, please reserve another site. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR ADDITIONAL GUESTS OR ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK.

Extra Vehicles are allowed, each site may have one additional vehicle with a fee of $5 a day.

All fires must be attended at all times!

Bear Lake Venture Park Visitor Liability Waiver – General Release Waiver

On behalf of myself, and all persons under MY SUPERVISION, including EVERYONE IN MY PARTY as well as ALL VISITORS TO MY SITE, (hereafter referred to collectively as “Guest”), Guest attests that Guest has been informed of and will adhere to all rules of Bear Lake Venture Park (the “Campground”) and further acknowledges that permission to camp and participate in any activities at the Campground can be revoked at any time by Campground Staff. Guest understands all rules, including that Guest, or any member of Guest’s party, may be asked to leave the Campground, without refund, for failure to follow all rules and policies, including for allowing unregistered persons to join Guest’s campsite. Guest hereby consents to photographs and/or videos being taken of Guest and/or Guest’s campsite for Campground marketing purposes. No names will be published. Guest hereby KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVES AND RELEASES, INDEMNIFIES, AND HOLDS HARMLESS, Campground Employees, Management, all Officers, etc. of all liability for injuries or harm. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries or harm connected with: CAMPFIRES, FIRE PITS, PICNIC TABLES, HIKING, TREES, HAMMOCKS, RECREATION ROOM USE, PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT, SPECIAL EVENTS, DOGS, PETTING ZOO, ANY ANIMAL ON THE PREMISES WHETHER WILD OR DOMESTIC, HOSES, OFFICE FACILITIES, LAUNDRY FACILITIES, BATHROOMS, SPEED BUMPS, UNEVEN GROUND OR HOLES, HILLS BEHIND OR WITHIN CAMPGROUND, RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT, MAINTENANCE OR OTHER TOOLS AND MATERIALS, ELECTRICAL BOXES, SEWAGE DISPOSALS, WATER HOOKUPS, OTHER CAMPERS’ PROPERTY, OR VEHICLES (MOTORIZED AND NON-MOTORIZED). Guest hereby acknowledges that CAMPGROUND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any theft, loss, or damage to Guest’s personal property during Guest’s stay and will not repair or replace such property. Campground is NOT LIABLE IF GUEST CONTRACTS COVID-19 or any other illness during Guest’s stay. Please be aware of and courteous toward others by practicing good hygiene. We are doing our best to keep all surfaces and sites as clean as possible. Follow guidelines from the CDC and State of Utah to keep yourself and others safe!

IF THERE ARE ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR SITE, RENTALS OR ANYTHING ELSE YOU MAY HAVE USED, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE DAMAGES. IF RENTALS ARE NOT RETURNED, YOU WILL BE CHARGED.
