Cancellation Policy

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservation may be cancelled for a refund within the statutory time limits of these policies. However, ALL reservation cancellations will be charged a $10 cancellation processing fee, regardless of when it is cancelled. Non-holiday reservations cancelled within 3 days of the arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment made, no exceptions!

HOLIDAY CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation of holiday reservations (except Thanksgiving) must be made 7 days prior to the arrival date. Reservations cancelled within 7 days of the arrival date, will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment made, no exceptions!

THANKSGIVING CANCELLATION POLICY: Thanksgiving reservations must be paid in full by November 1. Cancellations after November 1 will forfeit the entire payment made, no exceptions. All cancellations must be made prior to November 1 for a refund; however, ALL cancellations will be charged a $10 cancellation processing fee, regardless of when it is cancelled.

OBSERVED HOLIDAYS: Halloween, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Years, MLK Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day.
