Terms of Service

  1. Welcome to the Branson Stagecoach Campground!  For your pleasure and safety during your stay, as well as that of our other guests, we ask that you observe the following:
  2. Check-in time is anytime after 11 a.m.  If you will be arriving outside of our office hours, please contact the office and arrange for an after-hours arrival. Unless you have paid the site lock fee at the time of reservation, your spot is subject to change.  Seasonal and Long-Term rates will be pro-rated at move-in, but will not be pro-rated should a camper vacate their campsite prior to month end. 
  3. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please let us know as soon as you can if your stay will be extended so that we may make every effort to accommodate you. 
  4. Please keep your campsite clean.  Put trash into plastic bags and place in the dumpster located in the northeast corner of the park.  
  5. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. 
  6. Sealed sewer connections are required! 
  7. Please do not put nails, clotheslines, gas lanterns, or any kind of chop marks on the trees in the park. 
  8. There is no lifeguard on duty at the pool.  Swim at your own risk and obey the posted pool rules!  Any children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult while using the pool. In addition, Parents are responsible for their children's safety while at the park - minor children should not be unaccompanied anywhere on the grounds! 
  9. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts. There is no smoking allowed in the pool area, conference room, laundry room, and bathrooms. 
  10. Please use water responsibly.  Washing vehicles is prohibited. 
  11. Firearms and fireworks are not permitted on the property.
  12. Pets are allowed on the park grounds but are not allowed in our cabin rentals, office, bathrooms, laundry room, playground, and pool areas.  You must put your pet on a leash and clean up after them. Pets may not be left outside unattended on ropes, chains, or otherwise at your campsite. Do not wash your pets bedding in our washers! 
  13. Long-term Tenants (anticipated stay 1 year or longer): Along with the first months rent, a $525.00 security deposit and $150.00 electricity deposit will be required upon making reservation. The security deposit will be used for the last months rent, but is non-refundable if tenant leaves prior to end of scheduled reservation. The eletricity deposit will be applied to the last electric bill. 
  14. Seasonal Tenants (antiicipated stay 1-11 months): Along with the first months rent, an electricity deposit of $150.00 will be required upon making reservation. This deposit will be applied to the last electric bill
  15. Long-term and Seasonal tenants, a $50 late fee will be applied if the monthly rate and electricity are not paid IN FULL by 6 p.m. on the 7th day of the month.
  16. Long-term and Seasonal tenants authorize a card to be held on file and charged if an outstanding balance remains on the reservation after departure.
  17. Park guests acknowledge and agree that no leasehold interest exists with resepct to their campsite regardless of the length of stay. 
  18. In the event of a departure before your scheduled check-out date, a 48 hour notice is required to receive a refund for the remaining nights.
  19. Payments made at the time of the reservation will not be refunded at check-in to allow for another form of payment.

Please be considerate of our park and your fellow campers.  By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and we will immediately remove anyone (without refund) who is found to be violating the park rules, or who is creating a disturbance of any kind.  In addition, and to the fullest extent allowed by law, you release us and our employees from all liability for loss or damage to your property and injury to your person, which arises out of your use of the campground and its facilities; you also agree to indemnify (to the fullest extent allowed by law) us and our employees against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to person of any member of your family or your guests of which arises out of the use of the campground and its facilities.
