                **WE DO NOT REFUND FOR WEATHER RELATED SITUATIONS OR EARLY DEPARTURES**

  • GATE ADMISSION IS NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID AT ENTRY FOR EACH DAY OF YOUR RESEVATION! 
  • Adult $16, Children 6-11 $6, 5 and under are free
  • CHECK IN IS 3:00PM or AFTER / CHECK OUT IS 2:00PM AND STRICTLY ENFORCED!!
  • NO TENTS ALLOWED IN THE RV AREA SITES INCLUDE A, B, S, and V!! NO EXCEPTIONS
  • ALL Sites MUST BE VACATED BY 2PM on the day of check out or your RV will be TOWED at your EXPENSE! Plan accordingly to clear your site ON TIME.
  • IF YOU ARE RENTING A RV YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE TO CONTACT THE OWNER AND MAKE SURE IT IS PICKED UP, IF FAILED TO BE PICKED UP BY 2:00PM ON YOUR CHECK OUT DAY YOU WILL BE CHARGED For the additional time. THE RV WILL BE TOWED AWAY AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE.

  • ONE TENT PER SITE NO EXCEPTIONS
  • NO SLEEPING IN VEHICLES
  • Tents MUST be setup near the MARKER POST for the site YOU Reserved.
  • YOU MAY BOOK MULTIPLE SITES BUT ONE TENT and positioning RULES APPLY AT ALL TIMES.
  • NO GENERATORS PERMITTED AFTER 11PM FOR ANY REASON. WE ARE CURRENTLY UNABLE TO SUPPORT THE USE OF MEDICAL DEVICES IN TENT AREA OVER NIGHT DUE TO ESTABLISHED NOISE ORDIANCE. WE ARE WORKING TO FIND A SOLUTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
  • NO LOUD, PROFANE OR EXPLICIT MUSIC AT ANYTIME YOUR PASSES WILL BE REVOKED WITHOUT A REFUND AND YOUR GROUP WILL BE ESCORTED FROM THE PREMISES.
  • ANY Violation of the Terms and Conditions will result in your group being REMOVED from the premises WITHOUT A REFUND.

Thank you for selecting Buffalo Springs Lake, we hope you enjoy our beautiful escape! The following instructions are strictly enforced to ensure safety and a pleasant time while RV camping. Neglecting the following could result in fines or removal from the lake. CAMPGROUND INSTRUCTIONS

 GATE ADMISSION IS NOT INCLUDED AND MUST BE PAID AT ENTRY FOR EACH DAY OF YOUR RESEVATION! 

1)  The WHITE Receipt given to you by the gatekeeper must be displayed in the window of your RV at ALL times.

2)  The ORANGE Receipt given to you by the gatekeeper must be displayed on VEHICLE’S rear-view mirror at ALL times.

3)  ONE RV allowed at each paid Campsite. No parking in empty Campsites at any time!!

4)  PLEASE leave the Campsite better when you leave than when you found it. Trash bins are located throughout campgrounds.

5)  Do not dump tanks while camping in B,S & V. Designated dump stations are located near Campgrounds A & B.

6)  ALL pets must be on a leash unless in RV. Waste from pets must be picked up immediately.

7)  Absolutely NO animals of any kind in public bathrooms or beaches at any time.

8) Quiet time is 11:00PM until 8:00AM. No exceptions. Please keep your music and voices to a minimum, no disorderly conduct. Please respect your neighbors.

9)  Do not block the flow of traffic at any time. Do not park in the middle of paved road ways.

10)  Day pass patrons are not allowed to stay past MIDNIGHT.

11)  Absolutely NO GLASS CONTAINERS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED!

12)  Absolutely NO tent camping or presence of tents will be permitted on any lake premises.

13)  On the date of departure-All RV’s, Campers, Belongings and Trash must be removed by 2:00PM-                                                                                                                NO EXCEPTIONS!  MUST PAY FOR ANOTHER DAY IF NOT VACATED BY 2:00PM!!

14) Monthly reservations are allowed October 1st - February 28th.  Monthly reservations must be vacated by February 28th.  Monthly reservations also require the purchase of an annual pass upon check-in.  A family annual pass is $300.00 and an individual pass is $135.00, but only good for one person.  The annual pass is good for the entire year and not just the time of the reservation.

 

Please call the admin office for cancellations 806-747-3353 MON-Fri 8am to 5pm or message us on our Facebook page for any cancellations, there are NO REFUNDS for reservations that are not cancelled within the 24 hour time frame.
