No premiums and no pull thrus. Base Rate does not include Occupancy fee.

Only valid on water/electric and back in water/electric/sewer sites. No premiums and no pull thrus. Keeping unit plugged in during the week is an additional fee. Base Rate does not include Occupancy fee.
