Terms of Service

Canary Beach Resort is a family friendly, pet friendly and firework free resort.  

  • Minimum age requirement - one member of your group must be 25 years old.
  • All guests MUST REGISTER, sign a liability waiver and obtain a wristband when they arrive.
  • Resort Speed Limit: 6.5mph.
  • Quiet Hours: 11:00pm - 8:00am (12:00 A.M. 8:00 A.M. Friday - Sunday) Please be considerate of your neighbors.
  • Firewood must be in barrels provided. Campfire wood is available for purchase at the lodge.  For the protection of our state trees, we do not allow guests to bring firewood to Canary Beach Resort.
  • We encourage recycling of glass, tin, cans, plastic, and cardboard. Containers are provided.
  • We reserve the right to use photos for promotional purposes.
  • Pets are NOT allowed in any cabin. Only two pets per RV site. Please pick up after your pet releives itself. 
  • All reservations must have a current credit card number on file.  We reserve the right to charge for any damages or additional cleaning incurred per management's discretion.

Day Guest Policy

  • Our facilities are for your enjoyment.  You may have day guests, however we ask that arrangements be made in advance at the lodge and they MUST REGISTER when they arrive.  This is a State Law.  There is a charge and rules for your day guests below.  You are responsible for your day guests.
  • All guests MUST REGISTER, sign a liability waiver when they arrive.
  • $5/per person from Labor Day to Thursday before Memorial Day weekend.
  • $10/per person from Thursday before Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.
  • All guests must leave by 9:00pm and check-out at the lodge.
  • We reserve the right to charge double for any unregistered guests.

 Cabins

  • Cabin Check-In is after 3:00pm and Check-out before 9:00am.
  • All guests MUST REGISTER, sign a liability waiver and obtain a wristband when they arrive.
  • All units include a full kitchen, futon, burn barrel, picnic table and charcoal grill.  Units are furnished with kitchen and bath towels.  Pack n Plays without linens and Hi-chairs are available upon request on a first reserved basis.
  • Pets are NOT allowed in any cabin.
  • All units are smoke free.  Smoking and Vaping is allowed outdoors 25 feet away from buildings.
  • All grilling and campfires must be done 25 feet away from buildings.
  • Personal Grills or Smokers are not allowed on the concrete as this will stain it.  Please use these in grass only.  Damage fees will be charged to your account if grills or smokers are used on the concrete, based on cleaning fees.

Camping

  • Camping Check-In is after 2:00pm and Check-out is before 12:00pm
  • All guests MUST REGISTER, sign a liability waiver and obtain a wristband when they arrive.
  • A family consists of 2 adults and your dependent children
  • Additional adults or children are $10/per person/per night
  • Campsites are a three night minium on the weekends
  • Pets are NOT allowed in any cabin. Only two pets per RV site. Please pick up after your pet releives itself. 
  • All grilling and campfires must be done 25 feet away from camper.
  • Lodge has a county-approved storm shelter.
  • There is a 30% discount on camping prior to Memorial Day Weekend in May and after Labor Day Weekend in September.

All rates are subject to MN sales tax and may change without notice.
