Terms of Service
Cedar Trails Nudist Retreat, LLC is a nudist resort, not clothing optional. We are family friendly and have children visiting the resort. We assume you are visiting as a nudist or naturist with the desire to enjoy the freedom of being nude (activity and weather or sunburn permitting).
Daily Grounds Fees are additional day fees due upon checking in at the office, just inside the main gate. These daily fees are separate from any overnight lodging fees. Daily Grounds Fees allow visitors to enjoy Cedar Trails (daily) during our summer season.
Visitor hours: Sunday - Thursday 10am - 6pm, Friday & Sat 10am - 8pm or extended to 10pm on event nights.
Check in time: RV is 10am or later, cabin check in is 1pm unless available earlier. While checking in at the office, we will inform you if your cabin is ready earlier. Please arrive at Cedar Trails after 10am and before the posted closing times of 6pm Sunday - Thursday and 8pm on Friday & Saturday as that is when the gates and office close. Please call or text the office phone (937) 798-7623 if you cannot arrive before we close so that late arrival arrangements can be made. If we don't hear from you before closing time, we assume you are not coming. Same day reservations will not be permitted after 4pm, unless you call the office.
Check out time: All overnight guests in a cabin, RV or tent, checkout time is 10am daily. Please be prompt so space is available for next camper. If you wish to stay past 10am, please remove your items from your overnight space, park in the parking lot & pay grounds fees for another day.
Pet Policy: Pets must always be on a leash and please pick up after them. It is your responsibility to assist them in being quiet as no one wants to listen to a barking dog.
Summer Holiday Weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July & Labor Day) require a 2-night minimum reservation.
2023 Summer Season is May 19 - Sept 17th with the exception that we are closed June 18-23 for our AANR Midwest Kid's Kamp.
Cedar Trails is a member of AANR (American Association of Nude Recreation). If you are an AANR member, bring your membership card and receive 20% discount on full price grounds fees.

Tent camping does not require a reservation, we have an open area with plenty of space to set up.
Cancellation policies are based on when a reservation is cancelled in relation to your arrival date, regardless of when the original reservation was made. Please understand that camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we do not give refunds or credits for weather, natural conditions or illness.
Cancellation Fee $50.00.
Any cancellation made 7 days or less (1 week) prior to reservation arrival date shall receive no refund or credit.
Any reservation cancelled less than 14 days but at least 8 days prior to reservation arrival date will be entitled to a refund less a $50 cancellation fee.
Any reservation cancelled at least 15 days prior to arrival date will result in a refund in the form in which you paid.
