Cancellation and Refund Policy

Long term RV sites (30+ days) To receive a refund of your deposit (less your 25% deposit) cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to arrival.  Cancellations made within 30 days or less of arrival will forfeit entire site amount.. 

Nightly RV and Tent Sites Our cancellation policy. Anytime after making the reservation the cancellation fee is $10 each site that's cancelled. If multiple sites were reserved and you keep some but cancel some, the cancellation policy still stands for the sites that were cancelled, even though you are still coming for the other site(s). Within 15 days of your arrival date it will be a 25% cancellation fee. Within 2 days of your reservation (not including your arrival date) your cancellation fee would be your entire amount (It is very difficult to rerent a site with such short notice). So please make sure to call us ASAP if any changes need to happen.

• All Ladies Glampout cancellation policy - Anytime after making the reservation the cancellation fee is $50 each site that's cancelled. If multiple sites were reserved and you keep some but cancel some, the cancellation policy still stands for the sites that were cancelled, even though you are still coming for the other site(s). Within 31 days of your arrival date it will be a 50% cancellation fee. Within 14 days/2 weeks of your reservation (not including your arrival date) your cancellation fee would be your entire amount (We turn guests away and it is very difficult to rerent a site with such short notice). So please make sure to call us ASAP if any changes need to happen. 45 days prior to your arrival, we'll make calls to collect the remaining balance and/or everyones final number of ladies and their shirt sizes.

There will be no refunds for early check-out.
