Refund Policy

If you prefer a refund:  Cancellations requested 7 days prior to the reserved stay will receive a refund less a $25.00 service fee. Cancellations requested less than 7 days will receive a refund less a one (1) night's charge plus booking fee.  Your refund will post within 5 to 10 business days. 

If you chose to receive Camp Credit, your Camp Credit will not expire.  You will have to keep up with your Camp Credit amount because CampSpot is not programmed to send you a confirmation of the Camp Credit Amount credited to you Customer Card.  Please Call the park office directly, (336) 853-4567 when you are ready to make your next reservation and inform the representative that you have Camp Credit.  They will be happy to assist you. 

With any reservation, the Software Booking Fee is non-refundable. 

No Refund will be given if you need to shorten your reservation prior to your reservation arrival date - only Camp Credit can be given for the nights taken off the original reservation. No Refund or Camp Credit given for early departure! Since camping is an outdoor experience, No Refunds or Credits are provided due to the discomfort of nature!
