Terms of Service

Entrance onto the campground property constitutes:
By entering the premises described in the attached Site Map (“Premises”), I hereby consent and authorize Yogi Bear’s JELLYTSTONE PARK™ Camp-Resort in Bremen, GA (“Camp-Resort”) and anyone else it may authorize, to film, tape, photograph, or otherwise record me and to use the photographs and/or motion pictures and video taken of me, including my name, likeness and voice, as well as any testimonial statements made by myself, and all other aspects of my personality (“Publicity Items”), and any reproduction of them in any form, for the purpose of publicizing, promoting and advertising Camp-Resort’s activities in any media now known or later developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without further compensation to me.

I further agree to release and hold harmless Camp-Resort, its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection with any claim by me or alleged to be on my behalf resulting from the use of the Publicity Items, the use of which I now knowingly and voluntarily grant to Camp-Resort, and the full ownership rights of which I now knowingly and voluntarily grant and assign to Camp-Resort.

Further, I acknowledge and agree that I assume all risks and dangers incidental to the activity of camping in a rustic outdoors environment located on the Premises including, without limitation, the danger of being injured by insects or other animals, of being injured while participating in recreational activities, such as hiking swimming or boating on the Premises or of being injured as a result of inclement weather conditions (“Risks”).  I agree to release and hold harmless Camp-Resort, its representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or damages, including without limitation reasonable attorney’s fees, which may arise out of or in connection my undertaking of these Risks. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I specifically acknowledge that Camp-Resort is not liable for injuries or property damages resulting from such Risks. 
I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of any minor children that accompany me, and  I hereby consent to the foregoing on his/her behalf. Property damages caused by the guest to the park are authorized to be charged by the same form of payment method  for the stay.

Georgia Jellystone Park™ - Bremen Rules (Failure to comply with the following rules could lead to removal from the park.)

Check In: 2:00 pm Check Out: 12:00 Noon. Quiet hours: 10:00pm – 8:00am

Visitors: Guests are welcome to have visitors at their site. However, if a visitor wishes to utilize any amenity or participate in any activity then a Day Pass MUST be purchased at the Ranger Station. Guests are responsible for their visitors and failure to follow this policy will result in additional charges being added to your account and/or up to expulsion from the park. 

Speed Limit:  5 ½ mph at all times throughout the campground. Strictly Enforced. One-way road directions must be obeyed. Traffic violations are subject to removal from the park  

Site Appearance: Sites must be clean & uncluttered. No excessive yard decorations, storing of personal items under or around your RV. No inoperative vehicles or repair work can be performed on site. No refrigerators or freezers outside your RV. No window AC units. No porches, permanent structures, or storage buildings. Canopy tents are permitted provided they fit on your site and are in good working order.

Parking: Do Not park on the grass! All vehicles must be parked in your site and on the gravel. No parking in empty sites. Additional parking at the Ranger Station if needed. Only 2 cars per site.

Garbage: The dumpster is located behind the pool. Please put all trash in the dumpster. Placing trash outside the dumpster may result in fines. Household bagged trash only. No dumping of appliances, batteries, hazardous materials (including motor oil), or other large items. 

Pets: At Georgia Jellystone we love our animals. However, pets must be leashed at all times when outside your RV for the safety of other guests and the other park animals. Pets may never be left unattended outside. No fencing, runs, or staking is allowed at your site. Pets are not allowed in the pool area and only in certain cabins. Aggressive behavior from any pet can result in the pet being asked to leave the park. YOU MUST PICKUP AFTER YOUR PET, failure to do so can result in fines or expulsion from the park. Proof of current vaccinations and rabies must be presented upon request  

Pool: No lifeguard on duty, swim at our own risk. Children under 18 Must be accompanied by an adult. No smoking, vaping, or tobacco of any kind, no glass bottles, no pets are permitted. Food and drinks allowed 5 ft. or more away from pool. Swim diapers are required per Georgia law for ages 3 and under or anyone not potty trained. Swim diapers available for purchase.

Firewood: In compliance with the USDA & Georgia Forestry Commission, bringing firewood from out of state into the park is prohibited due to the devastation of transporting destructive foreign pests. Firewood is available at the Ranger Station for a reasonable fee. Cutting park trees is strictly prohibited  

Fire Rings & Grills: No burning or storing of trash in fire rings or grills. No unattended fires. 

Golf Carts: Permitted in park but must provide insurance binder. Must have valid driver’s license and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Not Permitted: No gas-powered motorized carts, No smoking in the cabins or park buildings fines will apply, No fireworks or the open carry of firearms, No parking on the grass or empty sites, No loud music from your site or vehicle, No drunken or disorderly conduct.

Conduct: No obscenity, offensive language, or other disruptive behavior or activities allowed in the park. Management reserves the right to determine these actions. Remember we are a family friendly park and want everyone to enjoy their stay. 

Cabin Rental:  I agree any damages incurred during my visit may be charged to my card provided for payment of the rental. Any evidence of smoking in cabins will automatically cause a charge of $100 for violation fee.  *NO SMOKING *NO EXCEPTIONS! 

(Failure to comply with the following rules can result in expulsion from the park. No refunds for expulsion.)
