TERMS & CONDITIONS ***By creating a reservation you agree to the terms & conditions, and the cancellation policy***

Welcome to Heaven’s Up North Campground! We are looking forward to your stay.

Please take time to review important policies that we enforce, to ensure a great stay for everyone!

Upon arrival, stop at the lodge for your map and parking passes!

****If you are checking in and the office is closed you will find your pamphlet that has all the information along with map and car pass with your name & site number in the basket on the front door of the lodge. Please give us a call at 715-850-3093 if you have any questions. ****

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We are a small business and cancellations affect us significantly. ALL reservations are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that you must cancel, for any reason:

HOLIDAYS have a no-cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, the reservation payment is forfeited.
CAMPSITES cancelled (14) fourteen days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a credit slip for future camping for the current season, minus a $10 handling fee.
CABINS/RENTALS cancelled (30) thirty days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a credit slip for future camping for the current season, minus a $10 handling fee.
Any cancellations received outside of the conditions mentioned above will not receive a camping credit, payment will be forfeited.

Rates & Occupancy

All rates for campsites are per family unit. A family unit is 2 adults and their dependent children 17 and under. Only 1 camping unit is allowed per site. A single family may set up 1 small tent for their dependent children only. Maximum of 6 persons per site, see below for additional guests. Cabins are allowed a maximum of 4 adults, no tents allowed in the yard. Rates below do not include 5.5% tax. All rates are subject to change at any time.

Overnight Site: Non-Holiday ($42) / Holiday ($51)

Overnight 50amp: Non-Holiday ($45) / Holiday ($53)

Primitive: Non-Holiday ($22) / Holiday ($31)

Red Cabin: Non-Holiday ($77) / Holiday ($86) Pet fee $10 per pet/night max allowed 2, Pet deposit of $150 required at time of check in.

Green Cabin: Non-Holiday ($82) / Holiday ($91) Pet fee $10 per pet/night max allowed 2, Pet deposit of $150 required at time of check in.

Additional Information & Charges:

· All holidays are a 3-night minimum

· Additional Adults or Children per night -- $9.00 (must be informed at the time of check-in)

· Day visitors: $4 each (If only visiting the site) $7 each if using the amenities (pool etc.)

Check-In/Check-Out Information:

Campsite and cabin check in is between 2:00PM and 8:00 PM. Check-Out time for Campsites is 1:00PM. Check-Out time for Cabin/Rentals is 11:00AM.

Early check-in is available from 11:00AM until 2:00PM for a $10 fee, please arrange with management prior to arrival and it is dependent on availability.

Late check-out is available from 1:00PM until 4:00PM for a $10 fee, please arrange with management prior to arrival and will be dependent on availability.

VISITORS:

Visitors must stop at the front office and register before entering the campground. All visitors must pay a $4 fee if only visiting site or a $7 fee if they are using the pool and other amenities.

POOL USE:

Our swimming pool is open from 10:00AM-8:00PM (or dusk). All children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult 18 years or older. You must shower prior to entering the pool per state mandates.

ACTIVITY CENTER: All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by their parents. Any mess that you make, we please ask that you clean it up.

GARBAGE: Please take all trash to the dumpsters by the entrance as noted on your site map. Please do not leave any garbage in your fire pit or you will be charged a $15 fine from the Campground.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY & PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE

In consideration of our stay at Heaven’s Up North Campground, the undersigned does hereby full and irrevocably release, discharge and hold harmless Heaven’s Up North Campground, it’s respective officers and representatives without limitations from any and all liability, damages, claims or cause of action for damage or injuries, including resulting in death, property loss, or damages of any kind which may be sustained by myself, family members, and/or any of my guests, directly or indirectly, during or as a result of my stay or participation in any and all activities.

I hereby authorize Heaven’s Up North Campground, hereafter referred to as “Company,” to publish photographs taken of me and my family, and my name and likeness, for use in Heaven’s Up North Campground’s printing online and Video based marketing materials, as well as other company publications.

I hereby release and hold harmless Heaven’s Up North Campground from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above. I further acknowledge that my participation in voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in Company marketing materials or other Company publications. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

I hereby release Heaven’s Up North Campground, its contractors, its employees, and any third parties involved in the creation or publication of marketing materials, from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
