Cancellation Policy

Absolutely no refunds. We offer an add-on called ''Campsite Cancelation Protection'. If you checkout with this add-on you will have the ability to cancel a booking if you give us at least 48 hrs notice before your check in date. Notice must be given via email (info@hfapark.com). You will then receive a digital Gift Card back for your reservation (minus charges, fees, etc.). Please note that your Gift Card will expires 1 year from date of issuance. Credit must be used before that time or it will expire.

Digital Cards are sent from "@mymerchantadmin.com". Please make sure to check your spam folder. Do not lose your Gift Card email or Physical Card. Replacements will not be issued and all sales are final.
