Refund Policy

Need to Cancel? If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.

  • RV & Tent Sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify Holly Acres Campground by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival.

  • Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits

  • Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with Holly Acres Campground for details.

Early Departures: Need to change your plans? We understand. We can shorten stays before and at check-in. Campers needing an early departure after check-in will be credited with a “rain check” that can be credited against a future stay. Credits are nontransferable and must be used within 6-months or before the end of the current season.
