Need to Cancel? If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.
RV & Tent Sites: 48 hours cancellation notice is required. Notify Holly Acres Campground by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival.
Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits
Holidays and special events may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with Holly Acres Campground for details.
Early Departures: Need to change your plans? We understand. We can shorten stays before and at check-in. Campers needing an early departure after check-in will be credited with a “rain check” that can be credited against a future stay. Credits are nontransferable and must be used within 6-months or before the end of the current season.
