It DOES NOT include electricity and 100% must be paid at the time of reservation. Elecricity is an additional charge of $525. A personal golf cart may be brought for an additional $500 IF the guest follows our rules and provides proof of insurance. Guest may have up to 4 people on reservation included in price. Any person after that, up to 8 total, is an additional $135 per person. This must be paid in full at time of reservation.
