Electronic Signatures: You agree that your electronic signature, whether digital or encrypted, is intended to authenticate the Terms and Conditions contained herein and to have the same force and effect as manual signatures. Delivery of a copy of this Agreement or any other document contemplated at this moment bearing an original or electronic signature by email transmission in "portable document format" (".pdf") form or by any other electronic means intended to preserve the original graphic and pictorial appearance of a document, will have the same effect as physical delivery of the paper document bearing an original or electronic signature.

INDIVIDUAL CONSENT, RELEASE, AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being a willing Camper/Visitor entering Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Resort –Kingston, NS (The Campground)
I/we, the undersigned, hereby agree to the following:
· I understand that my access to the campground may involve a risk of physical injury to me or others, damage to my property, or other consequences, which might result from my actions and/or the actions, inactions, or negligence of others, condition of the various premises, or weather conditions.
. I am aware that the activities and amenities offered at the campground involve risks, dangers, and hazards, including but not limited to the jumping pillow, the water slide, hay-wagon rides, the jumping pad, the swimming pool, the playground, and the recreational activities, along with fires, firepits, water hazards and electrical services provided, or not, by the campground and all related activities of camping. Therefore, I unequivocally agree to assume any and all risks for injury to myself, my family, property, or anyone camping or visiting my site, along with any other consequence arising from my visitation to the campground.
· I will not do anything to compromise my safety or the safety of others visiting the campground.
· On behalf of myself, family members, and anyone else who might advance any claims on my behalf, I hereby waive, release, and forever discharge the campground, its officers, directors and employees, insurers, and all other persons or entities involved with the campground, (collectively referred to as the "released parties"), from any and all claims, causes of action, damages, losses (economic and non-economic), and liabilities of every kind whatsoever (collectively the "claims"), for death, personal injury, or property loss or damage, and any claims for medical or hospital expenses which may arise out of, result from or relate to my visitation of the campground.
· I further covenant and agree not to threaten nor commence legal proceedings against any of the released parties for any of the claims I have waived, released, or discharged herein. I expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless the released parties from any and all expenses incurred claims made, or liabilities assessed against them.
· The parent or legal guardian who signs this Agreement on behalf of a minor, incapacitated, and/or mentally or physically challenged person hereby acknowledges that they have the legal capacity and authority to bind the visitor to the Agreement legally.
(THE PERSON WHO SIGNS THIS WAIVER AND AGREEMENT AGREES TO SIGN ON BEHALF OF ALL CAMPERS AND/OR VISITORS STAYING ON HIS/HER SITE(s) AND SPECIFICALLY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY and HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASED PARTIES.)

We're INITIALS. By signing this Agreement, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by participation and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the time of my stay in Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Camp Resort Kingston, Nova Scotia, CANADA, may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, The Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Camp Resort Kingston, Nova Scotia CANADA employees, volunteers, and program participants and their families.
We're INITIALS. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to myself (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that I may experience or incur in connection with my participation at the time of my stay in Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Camp Resort Kingston, Nova Scotia CANADA may result from the actions, omissions, and not sue, discharge, and hold harmless to the Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Camp Resort Kingston, Nova Scotia CANADA, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to that. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Camp Resort Kingston, Nova Scotia, CANADA, which may result from the actions, omissions, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation at the time of my stay in Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Camp Resort Kingston, Nova Scotia CANADA may result from the actions, omissions,
We're INITIALS. I represent that I have adequate insurance to cover any injury or illness I may suffer or cause while participating in this activity. Otherwise, I agree to bear the costs of such injury or illness myself. I further represent that I have no medical or physical condition which could interfere with my safety in this activity, or else I am willing to assume – and bear the costs of – all risks that may be created, directly or indirectly, by any such condition.
We're INITIALS In the event that I file a lawsuit. I agree to do so in the state where the Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™, Camp Resort Kingston, Nova Scotia, CANADA, may result from the actions and omissions is located. I further agree that the substantive law of that state shall apply. Finally, I agree that if any portion of this Agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
We're INITIALS. I have had sufficient time to read this entire document and, should I choose to do so, consult with legal counsel prior to signing. Also, I understand that this activity might not be made available to me or that the cost to engage in this activity would be significantly greater if I were to choose not to sign this release, and I agree that the opportunity to participate at the stated cost in return for the execution of this release is a reasonable bargain. I have read and understood this document, and I agree to be bound by its terms.
We're INITIALS. If I have signed a separate general waiver of liability connected to my participation at the Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™ Camp Resort Kingston, Nova Scotia, CANADA, I agree that the terms of that waiver are wholly incorporated into this document and that the terms of this document are incorporated into the separate general waiver.
We're INITIALS. I agree that I will practice safe social distancing and clean hygiene during my participation at the Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park™, Camp Resort Kingston, Nova Scotia - CANADA.
