Refund Policy

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. The fun continues rain or shine. Jellystone Park Lake Monroe must be notified no less than 10 days prior to the confimed arrival date on the reservation for a cabin or campsite to received a full refund less a $30 cancellation fee or receive the full amount in a camping credit to be used within one year from the date of cancellation.  If you cancel less than 10 days to your arrival than what is stated above you will not be eligible for a refund.
