THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING LANCASTER CAMP GROUND RV PARK!

SITE RULES:

ANY DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION DONE TO THE LANCASTER CAMP GROUND PROPERTY, INCLUDING WATER, POWER, ELECTRIC LINES, TREES,OR GROUNDS CAUSED DURING THE OPERATION OF YOUR RV, OR VEHICLE, OR MOVEMENT OF YOUR RV OR VEHICLES IS THE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE RV OR VEHICLE OWNER. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE COST OF REPAIR DUE TO THE DAMAGE. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUBMITTING CLAIMS TO YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY. LANCASTER CAMP GROUND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUEST A COPY OF YOUR INSURANCE.

THE LANCASTER CAMP GROUND IS A DRUG-FREE PROPERTY.

NO SMOKING AND NO ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION OUTSIDE OF YOUR RV.

·       Check-in Time: 1:00 pm             Check-out Time: 12:00 noon

YOU MUST BE OUT OF YOUR SITE BY 12:30 PM! FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN BEING BILLED FOR AN EXTRA NIGHT.

·       Sites: One camping unit and one vehicle only per site (2 where space permits) No parking on Grass.  NO boats, jet skis, mini-bikes,

        3 or 4-wheelers are allowed.  Motorcycles are to be used only for transportation in and out of the park.

·       All units must be self-contained, RV restrooms are closed during the winter season, November-March.

·       ZERO tolerance for speeding over 10 mph

        Tarps and tie-downs are prohibited

·       NO tent camping or pop-up campers permitted. 

·       NO parking or driving allowed on grassy areas and only one vehicle on-site at a time, (2 vehicles where space permits) stay on gravel,          NO EXCEPTIONS.

·       Campfires are permitted in fire rings only. No burning of trash in fire rings. Trash and debris must be cleaned up around your site. Help us keep our RV Park clean. No trash is to be left on site on departure from the RV park. Failure to leave the site tidy upon departure from the RV              Park may result in being banned from further stays.

·       Parents are responsible for the actions of their children.

·       Trees – Respect our trees – do not cut or trim any trees without permission from the RV Park Host site #5 April- October, Office staff                        November- March.

·       Trash: Keep your campsite clean. Dumpster is located at the edge of the park entrance near the Dump Station

·       Quiet Time: 10:00 pm – 8:00 am Be considerate of your neighbors.

If an RV has been abandoned for 7 or more days, without notice to the office, we will have the vehicle towed at your expense. 

Upon leaving please turn left and go around the circle at the end of the drive.  PLEASE HELP SAVE OUR GRASS!!!!

GENERAL RULES:

         No Political Party, Signs, Banners, or like, are permitted.  American Flags or U.S. Military is permitted.

·       Laundry Facility:  Open 24 hours. Please do not leave clothes in the machines unattended. Quarters available at Camp Ground office.

·       Pets: Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.  Pets are not to be tied outside of your RV.  No ground tie-downs permitted.  If any pet demonstrates aggressive behavior towards any other pet or person, you will be asked to leave the campground.  No Excessive Barking!            All pet waste must be cleaned up immediately after the pet relieves itself.  All pet waste must be disposed of properly. Pet run available.            NO VICIOUS OR DANGEROUS DOGS ARE NOT ALLOWED!  The General Manager, James Ellinger,  reserves the right to determine a vicious pet.  All pets must be up to date on their vaccinations and registered checking-in.

·       Mail:  If you are going to have mail delivered to you during your stay all mail should be delivered to:

        C/O Lancaster Camp Ground, 2151 W. Fair Ave #61, Lancaster, Ohio 43130   (Our Camp Host will deliver mail to your RV as needed)  

Liability Disclosure

The Lancaster Camp Ground, Inc. Will NOT be held liable for any theft, claims, demands, or damages to your RV, Vehicle, or personal items for the duration of your stay. By accepting this reservation, you agree to release LCG Inc. and its employees harmless from any liability which may arise from incidents and/or accidents involving yourself or your party while on the LCG premises to the extent allowed by the law.

·       Pool – Free daily visits. 

MONTHLY RENTAL SITES:

LANCASTER CAMP GROUND RV PARK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RUN A BACKGROUND CHECK ON YOU AND YOUR GUESTS 18 YEARS OF AGE AND OVER.  IF CRIMINAL RECORDS EXIST UP TO AND INCLUDING FELONIES ARE ON RECORD WE RESERVE THE RIGHT AS A PRIVATE PROPERTY TO HAVE YOU LEAVE THE RV PARK IMMEDIATELY AND YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED.  

FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE ABOVE RULES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION AND REMOVAL FROM THE LANCASTER CAMP GROUND RV  PARK AND GROUNDS.

·     WINTER RV SITES - NOVEMBER THRU MARCH:

ALL SITES WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A HEAT SOURCE FROM OUR WATER SPICKET TO YOUR RV.   YOU CAN USE A HEATED HOSE OR HEAT TAPE ON YOUR HOSE.  WE ARE PROVIDING HEAT SOURCE FROM UNDERGROUND TO THE VALVE.  WE ALSO REQUIRE SKIRTING TO BE PLACED ON YOUR RV FOR THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER THRU MARCH (SKIRTING MUST BE ON BY NOVEMBER 15TH AND REMOVED BY APRIL 15TH) PLEASE CHECK WITH THE LANCASTER CAMP GROUND GENERAL MANAGER, BEFORE PUTTING UP YOUR SKIRTING AROUND YOUR UNIT, FOR APPROVAL OF THE MATERIAL THAT WILL BE USED. NO STRAW OR HAY BALES ARE PERMITTED.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SNOW REMOVAL  AROUND YOUR RV AND VEHICLE.
