PLEASE READ AND ACKNOWLEDGE:  Your reservations have been accepted upon first payment of your reservation.  At this time, you have agreed and understand the Terms and Conditions and will abide by all rules and policies at Lost River Valley Campground.  

Park Rules

Please follow these simple rules for the safety and enjoyment of our employees and guests. I AGREE & SHALL HAVE MY CHILDREN, INVITEES & GUESTS, ABIDE BY THE RULES, REGULATIONS, & POLICIES. In consideration for myself, and all persons entering under MY SUPERVISION, being permitted to camp and participate in the activities at Lost River Valley Campground, I and all persons listed below, agree to the following. I hereby KNOWINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY WAIVE AND RELEASE, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, all officers and employees of all liability for injuries caused by, but NOT LIMITED TO, the following activities: CAMPFIRES, HIKING, FISHING, SWIMMING, PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT, PLANNED EVENTS, DOGS, SHOWERS,SPEED BUMPS, BICYCLE OR MOTORCYCLE USE, AND ENCOUNTERS WITH WILDLIFE. I acknowledge that camping has many hazards and that there are risks that cannot be eliminated, particularly in a wilderness environment.

Check in: 1:00 pm no earlier Check out: 11:00 am no later.

Guests who do not depart after 11:01am and are still here at 11:15am are considered trespassing and will be charged accordingly. At 11:15am $45.00 will be charged. For every 10 minutes thereafter, a $20.00 fee every10 minutes will be charged. If guest is still here at 1:00pm, a full night stay will be charged.

Quiet Hours:10:00PM - 8:00AM. The sound of radios, TVs are to be kept off after 10:00PM. Be respectful to your neighbors, voices do carry. Children are expected to be at their own campsite under adult supervision during these hours.

Visitors: A visitor is anyone who is not registered with the camping party at check-in. Site leader must check-in all visitors/overnight guests prior to their arrival. The leader is also held responsible for their visitors/overnight guests and must pay in advance at the time of registering them.

Cars: Speed Limit is 5 MPH,. One vehicle per site. Additional parking is available and a fee is charged. Washing of vehicles or trailers is prohibited. Charging of vehicles is prohibited.

Sites: Sites are cleaned, raked, and inspected before occupancy. Please do your part - keep your site neat. This is a take in, take out campground. You are responsible for the campsite and upkeep of the site. All Trash needs to be picked up including but not limited to: wrappers, cigarettes, confetti, and food. We will empty/clean the fire pit. Trash pick up is not provided to individual sites. Place all trash in the dumpsters located by the store. Plastic trash bags are provided at the store. Any site that is left not in the same condition that it was found results in a minimum $75.00 cleaning fee.

Campfires: Fires must be kept small and contained within the fireplace. Fireplaces are located in accordance with state law and are not to be moved. No bottles, cans, trash, or scrap lumber in fireplaces. Never leave a fire burning when you leave your site or before retiring

Protected Woods: State law prohibits defacing of trees. Please do not strip, chop, or trample any tree or shrub. If we discover any sort of damage has occurred to the property we are subject to notifying the local police and subject to charges. Please do not walk between campsites.

Adults: The person registering for the campsite is responsible for the entire party’s conduct, including visitors. If you are asked to leave for any reason by the management of the Campground, you must do so immediately, or law enforcement will be notified, and you will be treated as a trespasser. If we are forced to ask you to leave for violation of our rules, regulations, or policies there will be no refunds issued. No illegal activity, drug use, physical abuse, verbal abuse, or bullying are tolerated at the campground.

Children: Parents are responsible for the actions of their children.

Messages: Messages are posted on the bulletin board located at the store.

Restrooms: Our restrooms are closed daily for cleaning. Please check the posted cleaning time at the entrance of each restroom. Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult.

Playground /Swimming/ Boating/ Water Area: All children must be accompanied by an adult in the swimming/boating/water area. No life guard on duty. No horseplay. No swimming after dusk. All boating must follow the national guard guidelines and wear life jackets. I agree that any and all injuries, problems and concerns that occur to me or my party we will NOT hold LRVCG responsible.

Picnic Tables: Please do not use hooks or nails on tables. Please do not place hot grills on table tops.

Insurance: All guests must maintain appropriate insurance: Your RV's and other personal property are not covered by the Campground's insurance. I agree that any and all injuries, problems and concerns that occur to me or my party we will NOT hold LRVCG responsible.

Not permitted: Fireworks, loud bug zappers, chainsaws, laser beams, skateboards, scooters, dirt bikes, golf carts, or ATV's, except sparklers used under direct supervision of an adult. Joyriding in the Campground is not permitted. Power-driven riding toys for any age are not permitted.

Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages are allowed in moderation at the park. Beer and wine are permitted off of your site but must be in an approved container (ie: plastic or aluminum, no glass containers off-site). Beer or wine kegs are not permitted.

Maintenance area: is off limits to all campers.

Bike Rules: Subject to State of New Hampshire bicycle laws. All children under 18 must wear bike helmets at all times. Parents must instruct their children in proper safety procedures prior to riding, and provide proper supervision. Please ride with caution. No speeding or reckless riding. Must obey all signs in park.

Electric Bikes, scooters, hover boards, etc: No speeding or reckless riding. Must obey all signs in park. Restricted use of equipment after dark. Manufactures specifications are required. We strongly urge anyone using bicycles, e-bikes, hover boards, and similar devices to wear appropriate safety gear such as helmets and padding. Lost River Campground assumes no liability for injuries or damage resulting from use of bikes, hover boards, and other recreational transport vehicles. ATVS, Side by Side, Dirt bikes, and Golf carts are no prohibited on premises. You give the Campground the rights to suspend any usage of vehicles at any time.

Laundry Room: Please do not leave clothes unattended and clean up after each use.

Promotional Photography and Video: On behalf of each person in my party, I give permission to the management of LRVCG to photograph and video each person in my party, including minor children, while at the Campground. The Campground and its promotional partners are authorized to use the resulting pictures and videos for any lawful purpose without compensation.

Property Damage to Campground: You will be asked to leave if you, your children, or your guests vandalize the campground or you hack, cut, or drive nails or screws into trees, buildings, or picnic tables. Children are not allowed to use knives or hatchets. You agree to pay for any required repair or cleaning.

Pet Rules: Pets must be on a short leash at all times and are to remain on a strong durable chain or rope that will not allow the pet to extend off the site in any direction. Pets should never be left unattended. All pet droppings are the responsibility of the pet owner and must be removed immediately. There will be minimum $50.00 fee charged to guests each time that they fail to clean up after their pet. No aggressive pets of any size to people or other animals. Any pet bites must be reported to Front Office immediately. Any pet bites will result in the removal of the pet. No pets in cabins unless its an animal friendly cabin.

River Area & Flooding: Sites along the river are rented at a premium. River water can become rapids. All cautions are required and will hold harmless any injuries, accidents and/or problems to the Lost River Campground.

Septic: Sewer hoses must be undamaged and tightly connected. Do not wash food down the sink drain. Do not flush anything except toilet paper. Do not put household chemicals down the drain. I am responsible for costs to repair any blockage due to violation of these rules.

Water: Help us conserve water- no washing of vehicles or RVs and ensure hoses and fixtures are not leaking. State law requires no fluid discharge of any kind, including sink water, be allowed on the ground.

Electric: The electricity is for the site that is intended site only. Only one trailer to be plugged in at a time and no extension cords are to be strung to any other sites. Lighting needs to be to a minimum and not left on all day and night. If lights are too bright and a nuance to abject sites campground has a right to suspend the use. Electric vehicles, toys of any sort, including bounce house, are not to be plugged in and used. You give the right to the campground to charge a fee of if this rule is found broken and suspend service.

Weapons: Weapons and firearms of any kind, including, but not limited to; airguns, B.B. Guns and slingshots are not allowed.

Cabins: No smoking in cabins. Animals are allowed in designated cabins only. I must be 21 to rent a cabin. The property I rent will be returned in the same condition in which it was rented and I will be responsible for all damage or loss that occurs during my rental period. I acknowledge receipt of the property in good order and condition. At departure, the rental unit is to be left in a reasonably clean condition (broom swept), garbage is to be removed from the rental unit and placed in the trash receptacles. Kitchenettes are to be left clean, and the microwave, fridge, stove, and counter tops are to be wiped clean; otherwise, LRVCG may charge my credit card with a minimum $75.00 cleaning fee. I understand and agree that if I leave the rental unit in an unreasonably filthy condition, LRVCG may charge my credit card for the cost to professionally clean the rental unit ($250 minimum charge). All damages to the rental unit, whether caused by myself, my children, guests or pets, will be disclosed to the front desk immediately or at checkout. All damages occurring to the rental unit during my stay will be charged to my credit card after a thorough inspection has been made. Damages for which I will be responsible include, but are not limited to: lost key(s),broken/lost HEAT/AC remote controls, broken items, discharged fire extinguishers (if not used for a fire), damaged/dented/bent appliances, furniture, cabinetry or dishes, writing on walls or bedding, and ripped or torn mattresses or covers. Not all our cabins are pet-friendly. There will be a minimum $150 pet cleaning fee for bringing your pet to a non-pet-friendly cabin. Detected Smoking inside the unit will result in an additional smoke cleaning fee of minimum $150. Please return your keys to the office upon check out, if you depart when the office is closed please leave the key outside the camp store. Any keys that are not returned are subject to a minimum $20.00 re-key fee. All injuries, problems and concerns will hold LRVCG harmless of stated above. Deck are not to have anything flammable or grills. No tying, tacking or hanging of any sort of items including lights.

Payments, charges or fees: Site fees are collected 14 days prior to arrival. Any charges during the reservation guest is responsible for.

Cancellation Policies: Reservations are fully refundable, less a $15.00 processing fee, when canceled 14 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is within the 14 days, no refund. There are no refunds or credits for early departures or cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled date of arrival. You have up to 14 days prior to your arrival to move, transfer or adjust your reservation. Anything within 14 days of arrival, there are NO REFUNDS, NO TRANSFERS and NO EXCEPTIONS, including weather. Camping is a rain, or shine activity. Please DO NOT REQUEST refunds during the 14 days prior to arrival. All cancellations are done online, please log into your profile and make adjustments. Should you have any difficulties, please email info@lostiver.com.  Cancellation will not be processed over the phone.

My completion of purchase confirms that I have read and agree to abide by all rules and policies at LRVCG. I also understand that I can be asked to leave the property, without refund, for failure to follow said rules and policies. Lost River Campground is privately owned and MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE to anyone for any reason except for those prohibited by law.
