PARK POLICIES AND GUIDELINES 

**New Policy Effective 2024 - NO PERSONAL GOLF CARTS for Transient stays are allowed on property***

QUIET HOURS: 10:30 PM - 7 AM. Please be courteous of neighbors. Please be at your site/cabin by 10:30 PM. 

POOL RULES: Swim at your own risk.  Lifeguards are not provided at Marval Camping Resort. All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please follow posted pool rules. No glass containers. 

SPEED LIMIT is 10 MPH. Watch for children at play. Pedestrians have the right of way. 

VEHICLES: Two vehicles per site (additional vehicles park in designated areas.) Please display your car pass always while in the park.  Every vehicle should have a car pass visible, any vehicles without a parking pass are liable to be removed from the property or asked to leave.

REGISTERD GUESTS:  All guests staying with you need to be registered on your registration.  Armbands will be issued according to your approved amount of registered guests.  You may purchase additional armbands for day use at the Welcome Center, any guests without an armband can be asked to vacate the premises.   A Day use waiver is required and all guests are subject to the parks rules and regulations while on site. 

FIREWORKS AND FIREARMS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This includes BB, Airsoft and pellet guns. LEOs may request an exception.

GOLF CARTS:  No one in the campground under 18 years of age can drive a golf cart or sit behind the wheel with keys in.  Failure to adhere for ANY reason WILL result in the golf cart being confiscated with no refund.  OFF ROADING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PRIVATE GOLF CARTS BOTH GAS AND ELECTRIC, ATV/4 WHEELERS, MOTORIZED OR BATTERY OPERATED SCOOTERS, HOVERBOARDS, RIDE ON TOYS, ETC. ARE NOT ALLOWED ON MARVAL PROPERTY.   Golf carts are available for rental from 12 pm to 12 pm and are put away at 5:30 PM.  All late check-ins will have to pick up their golf cart the following day during office hours.  A waiver must be signed and a copy of ALL driver's licenses of drivers on file. NO EXCEPTIONS.

BICYCLES: For the safety of our children, bicycle riding is welcome during daylight hours only and is prohibited on the big hill near the front entrance. You may bring bikes, trikes, skateboards, and wagons. For the safety and privacy of our guests, flying drones on Marval premises is NOT ALLOWED.  

CAMPFIRES are allowed in the firepits only. No hanging of clothes, etc. outside of RV's or on trees. 

GARBAGE: Please take your trash to the trash compactor at the far end of the big field by the storage area.  There are no other trash cans in the park.

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: When drinking, we ask that you do so responsibly. This is a family friendly campground; we have zero tolerance policy for public intoxication. 

SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited in all campground buildings, cabins, playground, or pool/water areas. Please dispose of butts in provided receptacles. 

All site changes need to be approved by registration desk. Park management has the right to move vehicles or belongings without notice or liability in an emergency. 

Refunds are not given for early departure or for the whims of mother nature.

ALL CAMPGROUND GUIDELINES must be followed by everyone in your party including visitors.  Management reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the park for breaking policies with NO refund. 

 

LODGING RENTAL POLICIES

CHECK IN TIME IS 4:00 PM. CHECK OUT TIME IS 11:00 AM. Check in and check out times are strictly enforced, exceptions made are by management approval only, $40 fee will be applied. We can NOT guarantee your site will be ready until 4 PM.  You are welcome to come in to the park as early as noon and enjoy our amenities without an additional fee and return for your cabin/lodge keys at 4 pm.  Linens and towels are not provided in our cabins and lodges you will need to bring your own.  Kitchens are stocked to provide for the maximum amount of guests allowed per site.

AT CHECK OUT please clean out all cabinets and the refrigerator of your personal items. All dishes should be washed and put away. Please take your trash to the dumpster. If the cabin is not in order, you will be liable for extra cleaning charges. The registered Guest on your cabin will be responsible and charged for any damages that occur during your stay. Please bring your cabin key to the office upon check out. Missing or lost keys will result in a $25.00 fee.  We ask that you honor our check out time to minimize hardship on our staff and the next guests arriving.  Late fees will be applied for keys not recieved by 11 AM. 

CABIN/LODGING FACILITES CAN ONLY BE RENTED BY AN ADULT 21 YEARS OR OLDER. This adult MUST BE STAYING IN THE FACILITY. The number of people in each cabin is to be no more than the stated maximum number for the cabin you rented.

Tents are not allowed on cabin/lodge sites.

ANY PROBLEMS or damage you might find with your lodging, please inform us immediately.  Any unreported damages discovered upon check out will result in damage fees.

SMOKING is not permitted in any cabin, lodging or any campground building. Evidence of smoking in cabin or lodging will result in a $250.00 charge.

Pet Friendly Policy:  Cabins or Lodges - We welcome your pet to our campground. All that you need to do is let us know that you are bringing a pet and we will book you into a pet friendly cabin or lodge subject to availability.  We charge a $25.00 non-refundable cleaning fee per stay (2 Pet Limit). We have cabins and lodges set aside for pets and their owners since some of our other guests are allergic to pets. Unfortunately, if your pet persuades you to sneak him or her into a non-pet friendly cabin or lodge, you will be liable for $300 in cleaning charges.  We expect that you will take good care of your pet which includes not leaving your pet unattended inside or outside.  Erecting any type of fence or pen around your site is prohibited.  When your pet is taking you for a walk, it must be on a leash – making sure that you clean up after him or her. 

 

RV & TENT RENTAL POLICIES: 

RV and Tent check-in is 2 PM and check-out is 12PM.  Check in and check out times are strictly enforced, exceptions made are by management approval only, $40 fee will be applied. we can NOT guarantee your site will be ready until 2 PM.

RV's are ONLY allowed on designated RV locations, this includes pop-up's.  Tents are not allowed on sites where an RV is present. Limit of 6 people per site.

Tents are allowed on either tent or RV sites without an RV.  Limit of 2 tents per site, 6 people per site.

STATE LAW: All RVs are required to have an approved sewer ring/donut to prevent spillage and odor. 

Pet Friendly Policy:  RV Sites - We welcome your pet to our campground.  All that you need to do is let us know that you are bringing a pet.  There will be no charge for bringing your pet with your RV.  We expect that you will take good care of your pet which includes not leaving your pet unattended outside.  Erecting any type of fence or pen around your site is prohibited.  When your pet is taking you for a walk, it must be on a leash – making sure that you clean up after him or her. There is a limit of 2 pets per site.

 

By signing the below, for payments made by credit card, guest(s) agrees to pay the above total amount according to the card issuer agreement and authorize any previously charged amounts.

By signing below, guest(s) agrees to hold harmless the property, its agents, and affiliates for any damage, injury, death, or acts of nature that may occur from use or occupation of the property. Use of property amenities and facilities are used solely at the discretion and risk of the guest(s) and the property is not liable for misuse of amenities resulting in any damage or injury.

By signing below, guest(s) acknowledges that they have read and agree to adhere to the property rules and regulations. Guest(s) understand that rules and regulations apply to all members or visitors of their party, and not adhering to the rules and regulations may result in the party being asked to vacate the property without a refund. Marval Camping Resort is privately owned and operated and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
