Terms of Service

1. All horses must be stalled. No picket lines.

2. No tying to trees.

3. No stallions allowed.

4. Negative coggins required for all horses.

5. Out of state health certificate required for all horses traveling from other states.

6.Due to insurance and safety issues, all dogs must be on a leash, tied out or within an enclosure at all times while in camp.  Dogs also may no longer be taken on trails with riders.  

7  Quiet time is 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.      

Under Missouri law, an equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities pursuant to the Revised Statutes of Missouri.(L 1994 S.B. 457)
