Cancellation Policy

2024-2025 seasons will require a 50% deposit.  Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your reservation will be refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made 14-29 days prior to your reservation will result in a 2 night charge based on the site type you have reserved.  Cancellations 13 days or less prior to your reservation will forfeit the full deposit.  2024-2025 monthly reservations will require a $1000 deposit on each 30 day stay.  Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to a month stay will receive a $500 refund and forfeit $500. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your monthly reservation, you will forfeit the full $1000 deposit.  (Cabins) Black Bear Bungalow, Riverside Cabin, Waters Edge Cabin, and the Road Runner Retreat will be charged $100 for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your reservation.  Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your reservation will forfeit the full deposit.  NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES OR LATE ARRIVALS.  

All holiday/special event reservations have a 3 night minimum and deposits are non-refundable.
