Terms of Service
Oak Forest RV Resort makes every effort to keep reservations according to requested specifications whenever possible; yet, we are unable to guarantee a specific lot number or location. Oak Forest RV Resort reserves the right to change lot assignments without notice. No refunds or reservation discounts will be given due to changes in resort or lot specific amenities.
Construction Notice: We look forward to you staying with us! We would like to make you aware of our current construction. Our upper pool is currently shut down for remodeling and repairs. Our second smaller pool is still open throughout the construction. Due to the construction, the heater for the hot tub and pool that is fed by the hot tub has been shut off to accommodate the warmer weather.
Oak Forest RV Resort Rental Policies
Reservations at Oak Forest RV Resort are restricted to Motorhomes, Fifth Wheels, and Travel Trailers only. No conversion RVs of any kind are allowed. Popup RVs, Vans, and tents are also not allowed. Rental rates are based on two (2) person occupancy per RV site with an additional charge of $8 per guest and/or children (maximum of two people per site, per night) and only two (2) pets within breed and weight restrictions. Proof of current Rabies Vaccinations for your pet(s) may be required at check-in.
Oak Forest RV Resort has and enforces a rule on age limits of RVs. At Oak Forest RV Resort, only RVs that are 10 or less years old are permitted without prior management approval. Failure to adhere to this age restriction, and the subsequent denial of service are at the cost of the customer, and no refunds will be issued for reservations with RVs that are denied service due to age.
Payment – Advanced payment is due at time of booking your reservation. Any balance not paid in advance is due upon arrival at Oak Forest RV Resort. Oak Forest RV Resort will only accept major credit cards, personal checks, cashier’s check, or money order. No Cash will be accepted.
Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds – Oak Forest RV Resort requires a 48-hour notice for changes or cancellations prior to arrival date. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to arrival will receive no refund. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
Daily and Weekly Reservations - $25
Monthly Reservations - $150 Non-Refundable Deposit
Failure to cancel prior to the 48-hours will result in a loss of deposit.
Refunds are not issued for cancellations outside of the cancellation date range. No refunds are issued for early departure, except in the event of a government mandated evacuation due to inclement weather. No refunds will be issued for holiday cancellations.
Check-In– All Guests are required to check in at The Resort Office to pick up your rental packet. Check-In Time is 1:00 pm. If you are to arrive after hours, your welcome package will be placed in a box outside the office door labeled "Registered Guests". Inside your welcome package will be a site map with directions to your site, door codes, and other helpful information.
Departure time is 11:00 pm (noon) on your departure date. Unauthorized extensions beyond this time will result in a charge equal to one days rent at the published rate for that time period. We reserve the right to take possession of the property in the event of non-payment and/or holdover.
Agreeing to these terms and conditions indicates that you have thoroughly read and understood the policies relating to Check-In, Check-out, Pet Restrictions, Age Restrictions, and any other terms and conditions contained within.
