Terms of Service

1. Southwind Mobile Home Village is a 55+ community.

2. 1 pet, 20 lbs at maturity is allowed. When outdoors, pets must be on leash with owner and pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of properly.

3. Park approval is required for anyone staying more than 30 days. Please apply through Garber Communities at https://garbercommunities.quickleasepro.com/d/apply/107839. 

4. Electric to be billed at $.15/KWH 30 or more days.
