Terms of Service

Campers are expected to always comply with the park rules. Any violation of the rules will, at the discretion of park staff, result in the immediate removal of said camper and their guest from Weko Beach & Campground. Further, all campers are subject to all of the rules and regulations of Weko Beach & Campground as set forth below:

  1. Check in 3:00 pm & check out 1:00 pm ESTNO late departure or early arrival unless approved by park staff.
  2. Customers with reservations who arrive after business hours may go directly to their site and check-in the next morning.
  3. If the customer does not claim their site on arrival date or notify park staff of late arrival, after 3:00 pm next business day the campsite will be voided as a NO SHOW and the customer loses the site for entire duration of stay. Without a refund.  
  4. A campsite occupancy is limited to four persons 18 years of age and older. A person shall have the right to place one (1) camping unit on a single campsite. If tent camping (2) tents allowed per site. Additional tents are not permitted on cabin sites, if wishing to tent camp a additional reservation must be made. 
  5. All visitors must leave campground and beach by 11:00 pm
  6. Quiet hours—between the hours of 10:00 pm and 9:00 am. No person shall create or cause any excessive noise, which unreasonably disturbs the use or enjoyment of the campground. Generators, radios, or other amplified devices shall not be used while quiet hours are in effect between the hours of 10:00 pm and 9:00 am. If this regulation is not abided the customer will be asked to vacate park property without a refund. 
  7. All campsites and cabins must be maintained in a clean, neat, and orderly fashion. Dumpsters are located throughout the campground; please dispose of waste properly. If campsite or cabin is left in despair this could result in either the customer is banned from park property from future reservations or a fee will be charged. 
  8. No disorderly or unlawful conduct will be tolerated. Campers and their guests are expected to respect campground rules and regulations. If not, customer will be asked to leave city park property without a refund.
  9. Two vehicles per campsite and cabin. Overnight and additional parking is allowed at Bridgman City Hall. Campground parking permit is not valid for the beach parking lot; customer must purchase a daily parking permit if customer wishes to park at the beach. No ATV'S, UTV'S or golfcarts allowed anywhere on park property. 
  10. No subleasing of campsites.
  11. Dogs are permitted within campground; they must always be on a 5 ft leash and cleaned up after. DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED ON WEKO BEACH. 
  12. Campfires are permitted only in designated fire rings. DO NOT MOVE FIRERINGS.  Campfires are prohibited on Weko Beach. 
  13. No fireworks of any kind. Fireworks are prohibited.
  14. Lost and found items are collected and kept at the campground office to be returned. City of Bridgman does not mail any lost and found items to the customer.
  15. No alcoholic beverages or controlled substances shall be allowed within or upon the premises of Weko Beach & Campground.
  16. If picnic tables are moved, please move them to the correct site upon departure
  17. No disposal/dumping of grey water or black water on campsites; please use dump station. 
  18. No dishwashing inside restroom facilities or outside water spigots. 
  19. No smoking inside public facilities. No pets inside public facilities. 
  20. No refunds for inclement weather.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS 

The City of Bridgman Administration reserves the right to issue refunds in accordance with their discretion.

The refund guidelines are as follows:

5 days prior to arrival date customer will receive 100% refund. 4 days or less no refund will be issued. 

 

COVID-19 POLICY 

In the event the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services and/or Michigan Governor Whitmer issues a restriction that the campground cannot operate due to Covid-19 all reservations impacted by the dates of nonoperational will receive a full refund. Park staff will work diligently to contact all customers with a reservation that has been impacted by said order/restriction. In the event the campground is operational, and a customer wishes to cancel a reservation the original refund policy is applied regardless of reason for cancellation.
