Cancellation Policy

RV Site cancellation policy:  Reservations cancelled more than 14 days in advance of arrival will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled 14 days or less in advance of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of $50. 

Cancellation per Monthly Reservations:  Reservations cancelled more than 14 days in advance will incur a $50 cancellation fee per month. Reservations cancelled 14 or less before arrival will incur a $100 fee per month.  

Cottage cancellation fee:  Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will incur a fee of $100. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will incur a fee of $200. 

Snowbird Cancellation fee:  Reservation cancelled before August 1st will result in loss of half of your deposit ($250.00). Cancellations made after August 1st will result in loss of the whole deposit ($500.00). A cancellation of a reservation is a forfeit of eligibility for a site the following year. If you cancel, and would like to return, your name will go to the bottom of the waiting list.   

No Show Policy: A “No Show”,  loss of the entire deposit amount  reservation amount.  

24 HR Warning: Guests must let us know before their arrival day for edits to the reservation, or they will lose the nightly rate. Edits will not be honored if calling the day of arrival. 

Early Leave Refund: There are no refunds for early leaves per reservation rules and regulations.
