Refund Policy

Reservations require a deposit of one night’s stay per site. Two-night minimum on cabins applies year-round. Two-night minimum on weekends applies year-round. Cabin cancellations must be made 15 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of deposit, less a $20 cancellation fee. RV and tent site cancellations must be made 8 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of deposit, less a $20 cancellation fee. Holiday/Special Events Reservations require payment in full and a minimum of 3-nights. Holiday/Special Events cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival date to receive a refund, less a $20 cancellation fee. RV Sites are for 6 persons maximum. Cabins are per listed occupancy. Tent Sites are for 6 people and 2 tents maximum. Maximum 2 vehicles per site. Additional vehicles $5.00 per vehicle, must park in overflow parking. Camping is an outdoor experience. Therefore, we do not give refunds for inclement weather or early departures.
