Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

All refunds will be processed to the original credit/debit card given during the booking process. No refunds will be given for any reason once guests have checked in at the office; including but not limited to eviction or early departure.

Locked in Sites: 

On rare occasions we may be forced to substitute your site for a site of equal amenity due to unforeseen circumstances for example but not limited to, mother nature (downed tree), unplanned utility maintenance (broken water line), previous guest who is broken down and cannot move.  If this occurs then the lock fee will be refunded druing check in.

No Show Policy:

Reservations will be held until 11:00 a.m on the day following scheduled arrival.  No shows will not receive a refund for any of the dates reserved regardless of circumstances.
