Terms of Service
Seven-night minimum stay for summer season. June 27 to August 29th.
(For exceptions or shorter visits please contact us directly for availability)
A 50 % deposit is required to confirm reservation.
Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to reservation, 60 days for summer reservations (June 27th to August 29th)
Cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.
Remaining balance of rental is due upon arrival. Balance can be paid by cash or credit card.
No refunds for early departure
A $100.00 security deposit is required on check in.
A credit card must be on file for any damages that the security deposit does not cover.
Check in is 3pm and check out is 10am. (Please check with us to see if early check in or late check out is available--we try to accomodate as much as possible)
Dogs are welcome at Wilson Pond Cabins with prior approval only. Due to insurance regulations, certain large breed dogs are not allowed. Please see pet waiver
There is an additional $10 per day per dog. 2 dogs maximum.
There is a pet waiver contract that must be signed at check in. A $100 pet deposit must be paid at check in and a credit card must be on file for any damages that your pet may cause.
Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Extra cleaning fees may be assessed if they are allowed on beds and /or furniture.
Pets are not to be left alone in the cabins or tied out
Pets must be on a leash at all times
Guests are responsible to clean up any and all waste from their pets. This is to be placed in a bin provided for pet waste. Please do not put in regular garbage in the cabins.
