Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a full refund, minus an administrative fee of $30.00 for campsites or $50.00 for rental units.

Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date will forfeit all payments made.

Please note that camping is inherently an outdoor experience. Therefore, we do not provide credits or refunds due to natural discomforts or early departures, including situations arising from non-compliance with campsite or resort policies.
