By signing the below, for payments made by credit card, guest(s) agrees to pay the above total amount according to the card issuer agreement and authorize any previously charged amounts.

By signing below, guest(s) agrees to hold harmless the property, its agents, and affiliates for any damage, injury, death, or acts of nature that may occur from use or occupation of the property. Use of property amenities and facilities are used solely at the discretion and risk of the guest(s) and the property is not liable for misuse of amenities resulting in any damage or injury.  Further, guest(s) are required to carry liability insurance to protect themselves and others.

By signing below, guest(s) acknowledges that they have read and agree to adhere to the property rules and regulations. Guest(s) understand that rules and regulations apply to all members or visitors of their party, and not adhering to the rules and regulations may result in the party being asked to vacate the property without a refund. Ashland's Creekside Campground and RV Park is privately owned and operated and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

By signing the below, guest(s) acknowledges that no refunds will be given for early departures or acts of nature.

ADDITIONAL NOTES TO KEEP IN MIND

Tent stays are restricted to a 4 night maximum per month.

RV stays are restricted to a 14 night maximum per month. RVs may not stay in tent sites.  A maximum of 1 tent is allowed in RV sites when accompanied by an RV. 

Prices for RV sites include up to 4 guests. Additional guests age 6 and above may be added to your reservation at a rate of $5 per person, per night up to a maximum of 8 people per site (inclusive of children).

Each RV reservation includes one habitable and 1 non-habitable vehicles.  All vehicles must be parked completely on the gravel within the site.  Please do not park on the grass or along the roadways.  Extra vehicles may be allowed on a space available basis at an additional fee of $5 per vehicle, per night.  All vehicles must be registered at the front desk upon arrival.

General Rules & Regulations

These rules apply to all residents and their guests. Violations of these rules and all damage to common elements should be reported promptly to park Staff. In all cases requiring the judgment in the enforcement of these rules, the judgment and determination of the Staff shall prevail. All campers will be supplied a copy of these rules. Violation of any rules or regulations may result in the immediate vacating of the site and departure of the park. Park Staff reserve the right to ask campers to leave the park should they not comply with these rules:

 

Check out time is 11am.   Check in time is 1pm.

 

Pet Policy:

A Limit of 3 dogs or cats will be allowed per site and must be registered with your site. You may exceed the pet limit with explicit permission of management only.

Animals with aggressive or uncontrollable behaviors will not be allowed.

Pets must be restrained at all times and not left unattended.

Animal waste must be picked up immediately.

Pets may not be a nuisance during quiet hours or quiet enjoyment of other guests at any time.

Pets are prohibited in swimming pool enclosures.

All pets must be licensed, inoculated and maintained as required by law.

 

Safety:

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervision of young children at all times. No children under 14 shall be without adult supervision.

GO SLOW: The Park has a 5 MPH speed limit.

Pool Rules are posted and must be observed. No lifeguard is on duty.

 Parking signs must be observed at all times.

 

Fires:

Fires are allowed in fire rings only - and only when fires are permitted. Never move a fire ring or leave a fire unattended. Cutting of trees or deadfall is prohibited, as is the collection of firewood. Any nail or attaching items to the tree is prohibited.

 

Quiet Hours: 11pm-8am

These rules are based on common sense and consideration for the rights and feelings of others so that the general atmosphere is friendly and pleasant. The Staff invites all residents to practice reasonable tolerance, remembering the close proximity in which we all live.

Quiet Hours are between 11pm to 8 am. No camper, guest or visitor shall make or permit to be made any disturbing noise in the park or common areas which could annoy or interfere with the rights, comforts and convenience of neighbors. Excessive noise of any type shall be avoided at all times.

 

Trash:

Garbage shall be disposed of only in the receptacles provided. Trash containing food shall be securely wrapped before being placed in the receptacle.

As per state and federal laws- No hazardous wastes, toxins or comparable dangerous substances are to be disposed of in the dumpsters or on site. This includes batteries, paints, oils, tires etc. Kitty litter must be dumped into a dumpster, not trash receptacle.

Campers are responsible for removal of discarded furniture, appliances or other bulky items from the property. These items may not be placed in or beside the dumpsters.

 

CAMPER BEHAVIOR:

No Illegal drugs.

No double plugging into power source at site.

Only commercial awnings approved by Staff are permitted on vehicles, no tarps allowed.

No unsightliness within the view of the public is permitted. Items of personal property may only be stored within the RV--No storage under or around vehicle.

All belongings must be contained within your site. 

Occupied sites must be avoided when traveling to and from central facilities.

Inebriation or conduct causing disturbance or annoyance to other campers is prohibited.

Registered campers are responsible for all damage caused by the negligence of campers or his/her agents, guest or visitors.

All drain outlets not connected to sewer are to be capped at all times. No dumping of grey or black water on the ground.

Only street legal motorcycles are permitted as transportation in and out of the park. Riders must have a valid driver's license and no laps are allowed around the park.

Using RV washers and/or dryers is not allowed due to septic field restrictions.

No washing RV’s or cars in the park.

No generators are allowed to run in the park unless there is a power outage.

No Vehicle repairs or changing of fluids allowed in park.

No weapons may be worn on your person or visible in your campsite.

No pollinator traps or pesticides  permited.

 

Ashland’s Creekside Campground & RV Park and it’s affiliates assume no responsibility for accidents, injuries or loss from any cause.

 

Camper’s Guests or Day Visitors:

All visitors or day guests must register upon arrival, a $5.00 day use fee is required per person per day. This permits the guest/visitor to use the bathroom /showers, club house, pool and park. Visitors must be informed of and abide by all rules and regulations
