Cancellation Policy

Reservation Policies

• Site Cancellation Policy: Reservations cancelled 7 or more days prior to arrival date may be subject to a $25.00 fee. Reservations that are cancelled within 7 days of arrival date will potentially lose payment but may request a rain check if accepted for approval by management.
• Individual Cabin Cancellation Policy: Reservations that are cancelled 10 or more days prior to your arrival may be subject to a 50% payment penalty. Reservations that are cancelled within 10 days of arrival date will potentially lose payment but may request a rain check if accepted for approval by management.

Group Cabins Cancellation Policy

• 50% of the total bill will be assessed when cancelling prior to 30 days. If less than 30 days, the entire deposit amount is subject to loss.
