Refund Policy
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours' notice on holiday weekends will receive 50% back minus a $5 processing fee.
- Cancellations made in less than 24 hours will receive no refund.
- All other cancellations will receive 100% back minus a $7 processing fee.
- If a refund is due, you will receive it within 5-10 business days.
- All cancellations will not be refunded the $3 reservation fee
- A monthly deposit fee of $200 will not be refunded if reservation is cancelled.
