Cancellation Policy

Overnight site cancellations made within 2 Days of the reservation start date 

will be charged one day rental fee.  Cancellations made before 2 Days of the

reservation start date, deposits will be refunded minus a $20.00 processing

fee. No REFUNDS on Holiday(s) or Holiday Weekends on Deposits.  On Holiday(s) or

Holiday weekends, if Cancellation is made with in 3 Days of your start date,

you will be responsible for the entire stay.  

Monthly Reservations require a 14 day notice of cancellation.  Full deposit is

retained for cancellations made within 14 days of the start date.  Cancellations

made before 14 days of the reservation start date will be refunded minus a

$20.00 processing fee.

Rental Unit cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation start date will

be charged one day rental fee.  Cancellations made before 14 days of the

reservation start date will be refunded minus a $20.00 processing fee. No

REFUNDS on Holiday(s) or Holiday Weekends Deposits.  On Holiday(s) or Holiday

weekends, if Cancellation is made with in 3 Days of your start date, you will 

be responsible for the entire stay.  

Seasonal Lot Fee Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE
