RULES

  • Check In- After 4:00 PM.  No arrivals after 10pm.

  • Check Out- Before 2:00 PM. RENTAL UNITS Check Out- Before 12:00 PM

  • Quiet time- Weekdays: 10pm. Weekends & Holidays: 11pm. Children 12 & under must be at their campsite by dark, or supervised by an adult. 

  • Visitors: Visitor fee is $5.00 a day per person, children 2 and under are free. Max of 8 people on a site at any given time.  All visitors must register in the Store. Visitors are your responsibility. 

  • Vehicles: Every vehicle must have a Vehicle pass visible. Max of 2 vehicles per campsite. Vehicles must be contained within the boundaries of your site. Additional parking available by the dump station. 

  • Speed limit: 10 mph. Watch for children! No speeding on bikes. 

  • The Lake: Please swim in the designated swim area only, located at the beach. No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. Do not leave children unattended. If you would like to fish off of a dock, please only use the public docks. There are 2 public docks by boat rentals.  Please do not allow your children to access any dock or boat that is not yours, including rental boats. Please do not jump in boats.

  • Boats: Boat launch fee is $5.00/boat. Can be paid in the store or in the drop box located next to the boat launch. Private, NO WAKE lake. Only a reserved camper may bring a personal boat. Boats can not be left in the water when not in use (limited dock spaces available to rent for $10/day). Boats and boat trailers must be stored on your campsite or in the additional parking area located by the dump station.   No pontoon boats without approval. No towing with boats. 

  • Alcohol: Allowed at campsite only, and in moderation. This is a family friendly campground, unruly guests will not be tolerated. No illegal drugs allowed anywhere on the campground property. 

  • Pets: Pets must remain on a leash at all times. Do not leave pets unattended. Please pick up your pet's waste promptly, including waste on your campsite. No more than two pets per campsite. No pets on the beach. Noisy or aggressive pets will not be allowed. Pets are allowed to swim at the boat launch area, boaters have the right of way. No pets in the store or in rental units.

  • Bikes: Bikes are allowed on campground roads only. Please be aware that the campground is mostly dirt roads and hilly. No bikes after dark. No bikes in the Rec Barn. No speeding on bikes. Stay off of the flowers and grass. Please supervise your children on bikes. Helmets are strongly encouraged. Bikes are allowed on the trails by the pond. 

  • No fireworks allowed. There is a firework show on the lake Fourth of July Weekend. 

  • Trash:  Please dispose of trash in appropriate waste receptacles. All waste receptacles are for trash generated at the campground only. No large items. Dumpsters are located near the dump station at the entrance of the park and by pet walk. Please only dispose of fish guts in the Dumpster up top (double bagged). 

  • Please dispose of cigarette butts in a waste receptacle and not on the ground!

  • Fire Rings/Picnic Tables: Each campsite has one fire ring and one picnic table. Please do not move fire rings or picnic tables. $50 fine if a fire ring is removed or stolen. No fire outside of the provided fire rings. Must remove trash from your fire ring before your departure including cigarette butts. 
  • Mowing: Mowing will be done every Wednesday and Thursday. Please make sure you pick up your site so we can mow around your camper. 
  • Golf Carts: Must have approval before arrival. Allowed only for a person with a physical handicap. Must provide proof of registration, insurance, and physical handicap. Golf cart drivers must have a valid driver's license.  ​

  • Rental Units: Require a credit/debit card on file. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside any rental units. No pets allowed in rental units. Must use RV toilet paper for rental campers. Please monitor your water usage for rental campers. Pumpouts are done on Monday and Thursday. There will be a $50 charge for emergency pumpouts or clogs. No storing fish in the unit's fridge or freezer. Please leave the rental unit in the same condition as it was upon arrival. We inspect every unit between guests. If additional cleaning or repair is necessary there will be a $250 fee charged to your account. 

  • We reserve the right to evict any guest, visitor, or pet who exhibits inappropriate behavior.

  • Wifi Hotspot available by store and Rec Barn only:     Name- East Lake Camping   Password- happycamper

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I, for myself on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless East Lake Camping, their officers, official agents and/or employees, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used for the activities (“Releases”) with respect to any and all injury, disability, death or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the releases or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This is to certify that I as a parent/guardian with legal responsibility for all participants, including family and/or visitors, do consent to his/her release as provided above of all the Releases, and, for myself, my heirs, assigns, and next of kin, I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releases from any and all liabilities incident to my family members, including a minor child, or any of my visitors involvement or participation in these programs as provided above, even if arising from the negligence of the Releases, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOTAPING I give East Lake Camping full permission to use any and all photographs that are taken of myself, my family, or my visitors while on the premises, at their discretion. This includes, but is not limited to use on the worldwide web, brochures, and/or advertisements of any kind.

BOAT RENTAL AND SWIMMING: In consideration of being allowed to rent watercraft from East Lake Camping for the purpose of recreational activity, and swim on East Lake Camping property, I acknowledge, appreciate and agree that the risk of injury from the water sports activities involved is significant, including the potential risk for paralysis and death, while particular skills, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist, I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releases or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation. I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms for the use of rented equipment while participating and swimming in East Lake. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will bring such to the attention of East Lake Camping management immediately. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.

By signing this form, I acknowledge and agree that I have read this release of liability and assumption of risk agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it freely and voluntarily without inducement during our dates of stay as indicated on this legal and binding document.

East Lake Camping property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to any of our guests, or for the loss of money or valuables of any kind. By signing, I agree to read and comply with all campground rules and regulations as posted in the store, in the brochure and/or on the grounds. I also have read the release of liability and assumption of risk agreement I fully understand its terms, and understand that I have given up substantial rights for myself, my family members, and any visitors I may have during dates of stay as stated on this document at East Lake Camping. No refund for early checkout. Rules are subject to change without notice.
