Cancellation Policy

Cabin/RV Rental Cancellation Policy:

Campsite Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

  • The first night is due for the deposit. 

RV/TENT SITES:

For guests with stays shorter than 30 nights (“short-term guests”)

  • (i) cancellations may be made for a full refund of your deposit, Less $25, up to the date that is 14 days or more prior to your scheduled check-in date,
  • (ii) cancellations made after the date that is 13 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, but prior to arrival, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to all required deposits previously paid, and
  • (iii) no refunds will be given for any cancellation following your check-in date. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation.

  • Holidays require a 30-day notice.

VACATION RENTAL SITES

For guests with stays shorter than 30 nights (“short-term guests”)

  • (ii) cancellations made after the date that is 13 days prior to your scheduled check-in date, but prior to arrival, will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to all required deposits previously paid, and
  • (iii) no refunds will be given for any cancellation following your check-in date. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to secure the reservation.

  • Holidays require a 30-day notice.

  • Holiday and Halloween Weekend reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund less $25.
  • Holiday weekends are Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.  Halloween Weekends are the 4 weekends after Labor Day. 
  • Reservations canceled within 14 days of your arrival date are nonrefundable.
  • Reservations cannot be changed or moved within 7 days of your arrival date.  Holiday and Halloween reservations may not be changed or moved within 14 days of your arrival date. Changes within the cancellation period are treated as cancellations, and rebooking and cancellation fees will apply. Campsite reservations are non-transferable.
  • Camping is an outdoor experience and refunds will not be given due to the discomforts of nature.
  • Reservations not checked in by 11 am the morning following your scheduled arrival date will be released without refund.
  • Travel Insurance can be purchased through USI Travel.  Visit my.travelinsure.com/EstesParkJP to purchase.
  • Cancellations are not accepted via text or email.  Please call 970-586-4230
  • Camping reservations prior to May 6th and after October 3rd are for self-contained units only. All facilities will be closed(this includes bathrooms, showers, laundry room, and activity amenities). There will be limited office hours. Mini golf, playgrounds, and hiking trails will be available. Electricity and sewer will be available at the site. A water fill station is available to fill your water tank. 

Golf Cart Cancellation Policy:

  • Payment in full is due at the time of reservation
  • Cancellations made prior to 7 days of arrival date will be refund minus $10 cancellation fee
  • Cancellations made within 7days of arrival are non refundable
  • Refunds and credits are not given due to the discomforts of nature.
