Cancellation Policy

  • Campsite Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
  • Payment in full is due at the time of reservation
  • Cancellations for RV sites made 7 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded to the credit card given at the time the reservation was made less $10 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date are non refundable. 
  • Holiday and Halloween Weekend reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund less $10. 
  • Holiday weekends are Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.  Halloween Weekends are the 4 weekends after Labor Day. 
  • Reservations cancelled within 14 days of your arrival date are non refundable.
  • Reservations cannot be changed or moved within 7 days of your arrival date.  Holiday and Halloween reservations may not be changed or moved within 14 days of your arrival date. Changes within the cancellation period are treated as cancellations and re booking and cancellation fees will apply. Campsite reservations are non-trasferable.
  • Camping is an outdoor experience and refunds will not be given due to the discomforts of nature.
  • Reservations not checked in by 11am the morning following your scheduled arrival date will be released without refund
  • Cancellations are not accepted via text or email.  Please call 970-586-4230
  • Travel insurance is available through USI Travel.  Visit my.travelinsure.com/EstesParkJP to purchase.

Cabin/RV Rental Cancellation Policy:

  • Payment in full is due at the time of reservation
  • Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your arrival date will be refunded less a $25 cancellation fee and credited to the credit card that was provided at the time of the reservation.  Cancellations made within 30 days of your arrival date are non refundable.
  • Cabin stays cannot be changed or rescheduled within 30 days of the arrival date and will be treated as cancellations and re booking and cancellation fees will apply.  Cabin and RV rental reservations are non-transferable.
  • Reservations not checked in by 11am the morning following your scheduled arrival date will be released without refund
  • Cancellations are not accepted via text or email.  Please call 970-586-4230
  • Refunds and credits are not given due to the discomforts of nature.

Golf Cart Cancellation Policy:

  • Payment in full is due at the time of reservation
  • Cancellations made prior to 7 days of arrival date will be refund minus $10 cancellation fee
  • Cancellations made within 7days of arrival are non refundable
  • Refunds and credits are not given due to the discomforts of nature.
