Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are accepted up to 14 days prior to the arrival date.  A service fee of $75.00 will be charged for all cancellations.  There will be no refunds given for cancellations made les than 14 days prior to the arrival date.

Ne Refund will be given for for weather related conditions unless a mandatory evacuationof the area is required.
