Refund Policy

Cabins/Lodges: You must be at least 21 to reserve a cabin/lodge. If a reservation is canceled more than 7 days before the arrival date, we issue a full refund, minus the non-refundable $100 deposit for the cabin, or Camp Credit in the full amount can be elected. For a reservation canceled less than 7 days before the arrival date, 50% of the reservation payment is available for Camp Credit, and the remaining 50% of the reservation payment is forfeited to Jellystone Park™.

Campsites: You must be at least 21 to reserve a campsite. If a   reservation is cancelled more than 7 days prior to the arrival date we issue a full refund, minus the non-refundable $50.00 deposit for RV Slip; or Camp Credit in the full amount can be elected. For a reservation cancelled less than 7 day prior to the arrival date, 50% amount of the reservation payment is available for Camp Credit the remaning 50% amount of the reservation payment is forfeited to Jellystone Park™.

Camp Credit can only be redeemed in the same calendar year as the canceled reservation and can only be applied toward your site or cabin/lodge rental. For reservations paid with a credit card, cash refunds will be credited to the credit card on file with respect to the reservation.

 The deposit ($100.00 on cabin rentals or $50 on RV site rentals) is non-refundable for holiday weekends.

There are no refunds for inclement weather or early departure. The fun continues, rain or shine!
