Cancellation Policy

Campsites: Pre-payment in full is required at booking. Cancel more than 21 days in advance and receive a full refund less a $40 administrative cancellation fee. No refunds are given for cancellations within the 21 day window. 

Boat Rentals: Pre-payment in full is required at booking. Cancel more than 72 hours in advance and receive a full refund less a $40 cancellation fee. Cancellations under 72 hours receive no refund.

Dock/Pier Rentals: Cancellations receive a full refund less the $5 booking fee.

We cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules, or other situations affecting our guests and therefore, we adhere to our cancellation policy regardless of circumstance.
