Cancellation Policy
Reservation Deposit, and Refund Policy: 2 day weekend: = one night's site fee is needed within 14 days after reservation is made. 2 day holiday weekend (Easter and all Halloweens) and 3 day holiday weekend (Memorial, July 4th, & Labor Day) = site fee needs to be paid in full within 14 days after reservation is made. Checks accepted only as deposit. Cancelled check is your receipt. No checks are accepted at time of registration. $25.00 charge on all checks returned due to insufficient funds. ALL SITE FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. Online reservations must be paid in full upon making the reservation. There is a $5.00 surcharge if using a credit card (each time). Credit card fees and online fees are non refundable. With a two week cancellation notice; a $50.00 cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be a Merry Meadows camping credit, to be used in the current year by December 31st. You must call the office when you want to use your credit. It cannot be used online.
Without a two week cancellation notice, the fee paid is forfeited. No refunds for premature departure.
