Reservation, Deposit, and Refund Policy: 2 day weekend: Deposit= one night's fee. 2 day holiday weekend- Easter and all Halloweens and 3 day holiday weekend: Memorial, July 4th, & Labor Day: Deposit= payment in full. Checks accepted only as deposit and must be received within 10 days of making the reservation. No checks are accepted at time of registration. $25.00 charge on all checks returned due to insufficient funds. All reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival. Online reservations must be paid in full upon making the reservation. There is a $5.00 surcharge if using a credit card. Credit card fees and online fees are non- refundable. Campsite fees are transferable subject to availability and cancellations are 100 % refundable in the form of a Merry Meadows credit toward a campsite used before December 31st of the current year if cancelled at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival. No shows and campers who cancel less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival will lose the deposit in full.
