 WELCOME TO OUR OASIS RIVERVIEW CAMPGROUND

Riverview Campground is owned by the McLucas Family and managed by Marni McLucas-Malefyt.  After 65 years of family ownership of The Oasis Resort, we decided to sell our Oasis cafe and cabins, but we retained the campground portion of the business.  The Oasis cafe and cabins were purchased by a fantastic couple, Andy & Michelle, and we hope you will continue to get your ‘famous Oasis milkshakes and burgers’ there!

We welcome RV’s year round, though we do not have RV hook-ups, so all RV’s must be self contained. In the off-season, reservations for self contained RV's can be made through Marni directly at (541) 460-1497. We are open to tent campers the week after Father’s Day through the first full week in September while toilet facilities are on site.  We have porta-potties that are sanitized daily and garbage and recycling receptacles.  We offer potable water in two locations in the campground (in the back of site #7 and on the North side of the center).  We currently do not have a picnic table for every site, so please do not move more than one table into your site so others may have the opportunity to use one also.

RULES:  IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ ALL RULES BEFORE SETTING UP YOUR CAMP.  YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR FOLLOWING THESE RULES THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY.

❊ We are a family campground and we strictly enforce a 10pm quiet curfew.  This means that we do not allow music or loud talking after 10pm.  If your group will likely want to stay up and may be loud past that hour, please plan to stay in one of the other local campgrounds.  Because we are a family campground, we also do not allow profane language.  Please keep language appropriate for the young children staying with us.

❊ If you are excessively loud after 10pm or using profane language, the camp host will give you a warning.  If you are still not meeting the rules of our campground, you will be asked to leave and will not be offered a refund. If you are reluctant to leave, the local deputies will be called. (Yep, we’re really serious about this being a respectful and quiet place for families to camp).

❊ If you are bothered by someone who is not respecting our rules, please let the camp host know as soon as the problem occurs - regardless of the time of night. We cannot fix a problem that happened last night.

❊ We welcome RV’s but we do not allow generators to run after 8pm or before 8am so that tent campers may enjoy their camping experience as well.  

❊ Open fires are not allowed anywhere in the Maupin area due to our high fire danger.  No charcoal grills are allowed, but cook stoves, BBQ’s or small fire pits that operate with propane or white gas are fine to use.

❊ Dogs are allowed in our campground as long as the following rules are adhered to:  Dogs must be kept on a leash or kept completely in your campsite. Dogs MUST be cleaned up after (doggie clean up bags available in multiple sites in the campground) and they are NOT ALLOWED UNATTENDED ON THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME.  If you are here to raft or fish, take your dog with you or arrange for a pet sitter. If a dog is left unattended in a car or trailer, animal control will be called.

❊ Check out time is 1pm and any parties staying beyond this time may be charged for a second night, so you will likely need to pack up and leave before you go on your rafting trip.

By setting up in your campsite, you are agreeing to the rules listed on this page.

RATES:

❊ Individual sites each rent for $40 per night and have a limit of 6 people and two vehicles per site.

❊ The four quads in the center each rent for $120 per night and can each accommodate 24 people and 6 vehicles. Additional vehicles are $5 per night.

Please note that our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance, first nights rent is non refundable.

Cancellations made with at least 14 days before your stay, you will receive a full refund.
 

** WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ACCEPT CASH OR CHECK ON SITE AT THIS TIME.  THERE IS AN ATM UPTOWN BY THE BANK/MAUPIN MARKET.  PLEASE MAKE SURE PHONE NUMBER IS WRITTEN ON CHECKS.  THANK YOU!
