Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully.

A deposit equal to one night's stay is required at the time of booking for daily and weekly stays. 

Monthly stay fee must be paid in full at time of making reservation. $50 is non-refundable. If cancellation is made prior to 7 days of arrival, the fee minus $50 will be refunded. No refunds will be given if not cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival.  

Weekly and Daily Stays:

Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will recieve a full refund minus a $10 cancellation fee. 

Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival date will recieve a full refund minus 1 night's stay.

Cancellations 24 hours prior to arrival or no-shows will recieve no refund.

You have 48 hours from the time you book your reservation to change your mind and recieve a full refund.

All cancellations must be made by 2:00 pm by phone or text at 719-349-0404
