Terms of Service

Payment in full required to make a reservation. Reservations without complete prior payment are invalid. Specific site numbers cannot be guaranteed. Lock-in fee will secure specific site location from grid optimation. Site rate includes 2 people, 1 vehicle, and 1 RV.

Daily/Weekly Rated Reservations NO REFUNDS for Daily and Weekly Rated stays with at least 24 hour notice prior to checkin, a camp credit will be held for up to one year to reschedule stay. Credits cannot be used on holidays. No transfers of credits or payments. No exceptions for any reason.

Monthly Rated Reservations No refunds or credits. No transfers of payments.No exceptions for any reason.  (Monthly agreement completion/approval required)

Guest agrees that use of the RESORT is at GUEST own risk. GUEST assumes all responsibility for any OCCUPANTS or VISITORS. This includes children and pets. GUEST agrees to INDEMNIFY PCG, ALL ASSOCIATES, PCG OWNERS and RESORT from all claims, liability, and expenses that may arise from use of the facilities. PCG and RESORT provide sites, amentities, and services on as is basis. PCG makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied. This includes but not limited to any type of damage or loss resulting in use of facilities.

All terms and conditions set forth survive completion or termination of stay

CHECK IN: 1:00PM   CHECKOUT: 11:00AM     Staying past checkout without prior written approval is not permitted, improperly parked vehicles may be towed at owners expense. Items left in site past checkout time shall be forfeited at GUEST expense.

GUEST authorizes PCG to charge any remaining balances upon departure to credit card on file. Such as site extensions, store purchases, monthly electric, or any other damage/cleaning/fire fees. FEES: FIRE $10, SEWER SPILLAGE Min $20, PET DROPPING $25min Fees to be assessed at PCG management discretion.
