Cancellation Policy


Nightly/Weekly Cancellations: Free cancellations if made no less than 72 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival. Cancellation fee equivalent to one night stay if cancelled with less than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations fee equivalent to 100% of the reservation if cancelled on the same day as your scheduled arrival. No refunds for "no shows". You may request changes to your reservation up to 72 hours in advance of your arrival date for no additional charge. $25 fee required to make a change to your reservation with less than 72 hours before your scheduled arrival date (this only applies if you're removing a night or nights from your reservation, or if you're changing the arrival date of your reservation; There is no fee to add extra days regardless of when you request the change). No refunds for unused nights. Please contact the property for cancellations or to make any changes to your reservation. For cancellation purposes, scheduled check in is 1:00 pm of the scheduled arrival date. Cancellation fees would apply to each site individually if you booked multiple sites. THIS PORTION OF THE CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES TO NIGHTLY AND WEEKLY RESERVATIONS ONLY AND DOES NOT APPLY TO SPECIAL EVENT OR HOLIDAY PERIODS.

Monthly Cancellations: Monthly reservations (30 nights or more) are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. There is no cancellation fee if cancelled within 72 hours of making your reservation or if cancelling with more than 60 days before your scheduled arrival. THIS PORTION OF THE CANCELLATION POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO RESERVATIONS OF 30 OR MORE NIGHTS.
