Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS:

Subject to a minimum $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 3-7 days of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to one (1) day’s reservation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled check-in are subject to a penalty equal to 50% of the reservation total or the equivalent of one night ($55.50), whichever is greater. Please contact the property for cancellations or to make any changes to your reservation. For cancellation purposes, scheduled check in is considered to be 3:00 pm of the scheduled arrival date. Cancellation fees will apply to each site individually if you booked multiple sites.

Cancellation exceptions apply for the High Sierra Music Festival, Joshua Fest, Plumas-Sierra County Fair, Clubs/Groups, and Monthly Sites. Call our office for information.
