Terms of Service
- COVID-19 – All guest must be able to answer no to the following questions
- Are you or anyone in your party experiencing any COVID-19 type symptons?
- Have you or anyone in your party been around someone diagnosed with COVID-19?
· TDC Tax is included in the base rate.
· Max Guests - No more than 6 guests per cottage (regardless of age).
· Smoking - Smoking is prohibited inside the cottage to include the enclosed porch.
· Courtesy - Quiet Hours are 9pm to 7am.
· Gatherings – Quiet gatherings of any kind are limited to 10 individuals maximum and must conclude before quiet hours. No events or parties of any kind are permitted.
· Campfires - All campfires must be kept in the fire ring. Campfires must be attended.
· Firewood – Firewood is required to be purchased from a local vendor (i.e. local Publix, local Walmart, etc.).
· No out-of-state firewood may be brought into the park.
· Pets - No Pets (including comfort animals) are permitted in cottages or kenneled outside of cottages, except for valid service dogs. Owners are required to clean up after animals.
· Parking - Two typical parking spaces are provided per cottage. Up to one additional space may be provided by contacting the park ranger. No oversized vehicles are permitted.
· Horses - Horses and horse trailers are not permitted at the cottages. A separate horse camping area is provided within the park.
· RV’s/extra occupancy - RV’s and additional occupancy are not permitted at the cottage sites.
· ATV’s/Golf Carts - Only street legal vehicles are permitted at the cottages and in the park. ATV’s, golf carts, dirt bikes, and similar non-road legal vehicles are not permitted at the site or in the park.
· Use Designated Areas - Driving and Parking is permitted on designated roads and parking area only.
· Please do not drive or park on the grass areas.
· Cottage Care - No cleaning fish or undertaking similar messy activities inside the cottage.
· Boats -Only hand launch boats such as canoes or kayaks are permitted. Smaller Gheenoes and Jon Boats with less than 10HP without a trailer and a detached motor may launch with care. Boats of any other size are prohibited.
· Alcohol Consumption - Alcoholic beverages are allowed on the premises only for consumption by the registered occupants within the footprint of the cottage site.
Check-In: 3:00 pm
TIME...... between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Early Check-in: Requests will be honored as available.
Late Check-in: Arrangements can be made by contacting the Park Ranger’s Office 24 hrs. in advance. 386-446-6791
Before Check-in: Reservation Confirmation and Proof of Payment-in-Full must be presented to the Park Ranger at check-in.
Guests must pay the full balance of their reservation and the security deposit prior to check-in.
Visitors under 21 must be accompanied by an adult over 21.
Park Gates are locked at 6:00 p.m. nightly.
The Park Gate and Cottage key codes will be provided at check-in.

Driving Instructions
TRAVELING FROM THE NORTH
1. Get on I-95 traveling south.
2. Follow I-95 N to Exit 298 for US-1 south toward Bunnell.
3. Turn right onto US-1 south. (follow signs for Bunnell)
4. Turn left onto N Old Kings Rd. (1.5 mi)
5. Turn left onto Princess Place Rd.(1.4 mi)
6. Take Princess Place Road to the Lodge for Check-in. (2.4 mi)
TRAVELING FROM THE SOUTH
1. Get on I-95 traveling North.
2. Follow I-95 N to Exit 293 to Matanzas Woods Parkway.
3. Take Exit 293 toward Matanzas Woods Pkwy. (0.3 mi)
4. Turn right onto Matanzas Woods Pkwy. (0.7 mi)
5. Turn left onto N Old Kings Rd. (2.7 mi)
6. Turn right onto Princess Place Rd. (1.4 mi)
7. Take Princess Place Road to the Lodge for Check-in. (2.4 mi)
Check-Out: 11:00 am
Late Check-out: A late check-out fee will be charged after 11:00 am*.
*unless a Check-out extension is specifically permitted by Park Staff or Ranger.
Before you Check-out:
The cottage should be left in the same condition as upon arrival.
Cleaning supplies are provided under the sink; a broom and dustpan are in the closet.
The following shall be performed prior to departure:
The cottage shall be broom-swept, rugs vacuumed.
Dishes should be washed and placed in the drying rack.
Refrigerator and cupboards should be emptied of all food items.
Beds should be stripped and linens placed on top of bed.
Used towels should be placed in tub or shower area.
All trash accumulated should be placed in trash bags provided and then in large container outside of each cottage unit – top securely fastened.
Microwave and stove tops should be left in condition found at check in.
The cottage door shall be locked and the keys placed in cottage key lock-box. There is a $30 charge for un-returned keys.
Damaged or Missing Items:
Furnishings and linens may not be carried outside cottages. Occupants will be charged for damaged or missing items.
Optional – A Guest Survey can be filled out to give us feedback on your experience. Completed surveys can be left on the dining room table, or you can email comments to parkreservation@flaglercounty.org
Cancellations greater than 90 days prior to check-in date will result in 100% refund less a $20 handling fee per unit. Cancellations between 31 and 90 days prior to check-in will receive a 100% refund less a $100 handling fee per unit. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to check-in will receive a 100% refund less a $200 handling fee per unit.
Security deposit and rental fee (including less handling fee) will be returned as a refund check to the on file address within 45-60 days.
