Terms of Service

All overnight accommodations- check-in time is after 3 p.m. Campsites check-out time is before 1:00pm. Rooms and Cabins - checkout before 11:00am, but you are welcome to remain at the resort until 1:00pm. Priority check in and extended checkout options may be added to your reservation, depending on availability. Contact us the day prior to your arrival by email or text 204-514-6599 to check availability. Extra charges will apply.No refunds will be issued for early departure or late arrival.

Payment of balance owing is due on or before check in. Please notify us of changes in number of people at least 24 hours before check in.  Text 204-514-6599 or email info@rubberduckyresort.com. Wristbands and parking passes can be picked up at check in.

We will hold your site till 9 PM on the date of your reservation arrival. Contact us if you will be arriving later than 9pm. No arrivals after 10:00pm.

Picnic area spots do not allow for overnight stays. Check in after 10 am and checkout before 10 pm

Rooms 1-6 rate as quoted do not included linen package. Partial or Full linen packages are available as an add on. (package must be booked a minimum of 2 days before check in). Pets are allowed in the rooms but must be included on your reservation in advance. (charges will apply) Contact the office by email or text to make modifications to your reservation. Pets are allowed and must be pre registered prior to arrival. Please be sure to include them on your reservation. (If pets are found to be in a room and have not been registered a fee of $300 will be applied to your reservation)

Pets are not permitted in the 2 bedroom cabins, 55, and 56.

All public buildings, lodging units and pool area are smoke free. Pets are not permitted in public buildings or pool area. They must be on a leash, kept under control and cleaned up after.

We guarantee your chosen site type and site amenities but not requested site number. There may be instances where you will be moved to a different site number.  We do offer the opportunity to guarantee a specific site number you may add the site lock option to your reservation. All electric hookups are 30amp rv style. An adaptor will be needed if you are using a different connection.

Quiet time is from 11:00pm – 7:00am. Be respectful and considerate of other campers. Any activity or noise which may affect the comfort of other campers is not permitted. Call or text 204-383-0136 to report noise concerns. - Damage to or defacing of property will result in financial penalty and/or eviction from the Campground - Glass containers are not permitted outside of your campsite or room. NO GLASS IN POOL AREA - Children and Youth: Rubber Ducky is a family resort which welcomes children of all ages. Children and youth under the age of 18 are permitted on the property with adequate adult supervision only. Campers are responsible for the care and actions of their children and youth or any child and youth left in their care at all times. Uncontrolled destructive children or youth will not be tolerated by the management and may result in their being banned from the park or in your eviction. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool area or playing near the ponds. Children without adequate supervision may be asked to leave the area. All children and youth under the age of 18 must be at their designated campsite/motel unit or be accompanied by an adult after 11:00 pm. Those in violation of this rule will be returned to the care of the adults in charge of supervision.

Tenant's campsite numbers will be released to anyone who requests it unless management is informed not to give this information out by the registrant. Any personal information supplied to us is for our own records and shall be retained only as long as necessary. It is Rubber Ducky policy to not disclose any customer personal information to a 3rd party and is securely disposed of when no longer required. - Wristbands: Wristbands must be worn at all times while at the campground. Failure to do so may result in loss of privileges. If you lose your wristband a replacement may be purchased at the office. - Visitors: Please have all visitors stop at the office to register upon arrival. Visitors must purchase a visitor day pass. Any visitors without wristbands may be asked to leave the campground. The registered siteholder is responsible for the actions of their visitors. - Alcohol: Alcohol is permitted on the grounds; however Rubber Ducky Resort is a family resort and therefore we ask all our Residents and Guests to drink responsibly. Drunken, disruptive, and disorderly behavior will not be tolerated at anytime. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to consume alcohol in the park in accordance with government regulations. Non compliance may result in your eviction from the park.

Some amenities and facilities may be closed/limited due to Covid-19 guidelines and restrictions. Check our website amenities page or contact us for current status. Any and all guidelines/restrictions/public health orders regarding social distancing and limits on gatherings etc in effect at the time of your stay must be followed. I have read the release of liability and I agree to the terms of that agreement. I have read and understand this agreement and I am aware that by signing this agreement I am waiving certain legal rights which I or my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and representatives may have against the releases.  

I am aware that this property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. I accept full responsibility for the care of the rental accommodation listed on this form and I agree to pay for any damages or lost items. I accept full responsibility for my guests and agree that there will be no refund if we are evicted. I agree that there will be no refund for days lost through early departure or late arrival.  Rates are subject to change. I agree to the cancellation policy as posted. 

Fires are allowed in fire pits only. Do not leave garbage in firepits upon departure.
- We are not responsible for accidents, break-ins, thefts, or losses. Vandalism, as well as disorderly, illegal, abusive,
hazardous or offensive conduct and/or language is prohibited. Rubber Ducky Management has a zero tolerance for
any violent behaviour. Anyone exhibiting this behaviour will face immediate eviction and the involvement of law
enforcement. You are responsible for the behaviour of anyone (visitors, campers) visiting your campsite. All visitors
are bound by campground rules
- Amenities/Facilities: Please remember that all amenities are on a seasonal, weather dependent schedule. Limited
operation of facilities and services may be available in the spring and fall. We reserve the right to close any facilities
due to weather conditions or for Health and Safety or any reason without prior notice.
- No refunds for early departure.
 

I am aware that the recreational facilities involves many inherent risks, including but not limited to changing weather conditions, equipment failure, and failure to use the facilities in a safe and prudent manner within ones abilities, may cause injury or death. I freely accept and fully assume all risks, danger and hazards associated with the use of the facilities. I hereby agree to waive any and all claims that I have or may have in the future against Rubber Ducky Resort and Campground Ltd. And their employees and release them from any and all liability for any loss, damage expense or injury including death that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer resulting from or arising out of any aspect of my use of the accommodations/facilities. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the releases from any and all liability for any damage to property of or personal injury to any third party, resulting from any use of the accommodations/facilities.

Photo Release: I agree that photos of myself and my guests may appear on certain advertising/.promotional information relating to Rubber Ducky Resort and Campground Ltd

You will be required to agree to accept these terms and conditions at or before check in.They may be changed at anytime as the Public Health orders are updated. Please check them over prior to your check in so that you are aware of any changes.  For seasonal sites payment of the seasonal rate and acceptance of these terms indicates acceptance of current seasonal agreement posted on the website. For summer seasonal sites payment of the seasonal rate and acceptance of these terms indicates acceptance of current summer seasonal agreement as posted on the website.
