Terms of Service
General Campground Rules
· All Campers must register before entering the campground.
· Speed Limit is 5 MPH.
· Damage to the camping sites, facilities, equipment, landscaping, or any park property will be assessed and charged to the registered camper.
· Camping is an outdoor experience; therefore, we will not give refunds due to the weather.
Vistors
· All Visitors must stop at our office to register and obtain a visitor's car pass.
Check In/Check Out
· Check In between 2PM and 10PM
· Campsite Check out 12:00PM
· Cabin/Cottage Check Out 11:00AM
Pets
· Pets are limited 2 per site.
· All Pets must be on a 6ft. Leash at all times and you must pick up after them.
· Per Ohio Law, all pets must be registered at check in, have current shots and tags.
· Never leave your pets unattended in the park. Do not allow your pets to annoy/bother other guests.
· Pets are not allowed in any of the buildings, pool area or tied to a fence.
· If your pets are disruptive you will be asked to find other accommodations.
· No pets in the primitive camping area or cabins, No Exceptions!
Quiet Hours
· Quiet Hours are between 10PM and 8AM.
· Rule of Thumb: Be mindful of your camping neighbors, if they can hear it, it's too loud.
· All children 16 and under must remain on your site during quiet hours.
Children
· All children must be supervised at all times.
· Anyone under the age of 14 must have an adult inside the pool fence with them at all times.
· Babies/Children are permitted in the pool with special swim diapers.
General Campsite Rules
Fire Rings
· Fire Rings should never be moved from their original location.
· The fire ring is not a garbage can, only burn wood or charcoal, never leave fire unattended.
· Trees are property of the park, cutting down trees is strictly prohibited.
Safety
· Weapons, illegal drug use, public intoxication, fighting, vandalism, vulgar language,
is not tolerated.
· No fireworks, firecrackers, poppers or smoke bombs of any kind are permitted.
· Alcohol is permitted at your campsite. Any unruly conduct may result in removal from
the park without a refund.
· Smoking is not permitted in any of our buildings or restrooms.
· Management reserves the right to refuse service to and to evict anyone, without refund,
for behavior that is considered detrimental to the campground or fellow campers.
Privacy Policy
Sandusky Milan RV Park Inc. (“SM RV Park”, “We” or “Our”) provides this Privacy Policy to describe the types of Personal Information we collect at our campgrounds and on the websites (www.sanduskymilanrvpark.com and www.campspot.com) (the “Sites”), how we use the information, with whom we share it, and the choices you can make about our collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information. The phrase “Personal Information” refers to information that personally identifies you, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card number or other billing information. We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of your Personal Information and how you can contact us about our privacy practices. When you visit the Sites or provide us with information, you consent to our use and disclosure of the information we collect or receive as described in this Privacy Policy.
Please review this Privacy Policy periodically as we may update it from time to time without prior notice to reflect changes in our data practices.
Type of Information We Collect
We collect information about visitors to our Sites in order to provide an experience that is responsive to our visitors’ needs. We may also collect Personal Information that you give to us in any other way, such as at a campground. We may collect Personal Information from you in connection with:
- fulfilling reservation or information requests,
- purchasing products, and/or
- responding to communications from us (e.g., surveys, promotional offers, or reservation confirmations).
We collect such information only with your knowledge. The types of Personal Information that we collect may include your name, home and work e-mail addresses, telephone and fax numbers, credit card information, date of birth, gender, and lifestyle information (i.e., preferences, leisure activities, names and ages of children) and other information necessary to fulfill special requests (e.g., health conditions that require special accommodations). We may also collect non-personally identifiable information about you (i.e., IP addresses, domains, browser type and version, and operating system) and aggregated data relative to your use of the Sites and responses to promotional offers and surveys.
Collection of Information
We collect information via our Sites that you voluntarily provide to us, for example, by completing online forms or e-mailing us. You will always be given the choice not to submit your Personal Information or to decide what communications you want to receive from us. In addition, we use various web tools such as cookies, web beacons, and other technology that are sent to and stored on your hard drive. These tools will automatically collect and log web usage data from you when you visit our Sites. We are fully committed to providing you with information about the collection and use of Personal Information furnished by, or collected from, visitors to our campgrounds or those using our Sites, products, and services. It is our practice not to ask you for Personal Information unless we need it or intend to use it. Some of the primary purposes for collecting your Personal Information are as follows:
- Providing services such as processing a transaction (e.g., making a reservation, fulfilling a request for information, or completing a product order);
- Marketing and communications with you in relation to the products and services offered by Sandusky Milan RV Park Inc, and other trusted third parties;
- Providing contests and special offers to you for your voluntarily participation; and
- Performing market research via surveys to better serve your needs, improving the effectiveness of our Sites, your camping experience, our various types of communications, advertising campaigns, and/or promotional activities.
We may share Personal Information with our marketing vendors. We may rent this information to parties who promote the outdoor recreation and hospitality industry and related products and services, using means and practices we approve. While we attempt to be selective in working with such third parties, we are not responsible for their use of your Personal Information. Each third party’s privacy policy will govern how that third party uses and protects your Personal Information.
As a general practice, however, we do not sell, rent, or provide your Personal Information to unaffiliated third parties. Unless specifically noted herein, other situations in which we may disclose your information to unaffiliated third parties shall be limited to:

- In situations where sharing or disclosing your information is required in order to offer or provide you products or services you desire;
- When companies or service providers that perform business activities on behalf of us require such information (e.g., credit card processing, customer support services, market research administration or database management services) and such companies or service providers may have independent rights to your Personal Information if you disclose your Personal Information to them on a website governed by their privacy policy;
- In the event we sell or are acquired by another owner/company; and
- In case of emergency (i.e., to safeguard the life, health, or property of an individual).
In addition to the circumstances described above, we may disclose information:

If your Personal Information is shared as mentioned above, we seek to limit the scope of information that is furnished to the extent necessary for the performance of the specific function. Unless otherwise precluded by law, we require third parties to agree to protect your Personal Information, abide by applicable privacy laws and regulations, and we grant to such third parties no independent rights to the Personal Information. We may use aggregated, non-personally identifiable information for purposes of:

- to compile information about usage of our Sites and services. We may share aggregated information (which does not contain your Personal Information) with third parties (i.e., advertisers and marketing partners).
Access to and Review of Personal Information

Ability to Opt Out

Our Sites are not directed towards minors, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors.
