Cancellation Policy

24 hour notice of cancellation during the winter months (Oct-April). Cancellation prior to 24 hours you will receive you deposit minus a $15 admin fee, cancellation within 24 hours full deposit will be retained. 

5 day notice of cancellation during the summer months (May-Sept). Cancellation prior to 5 days will receive deposit minus a $15 admin fee, cancellation within 5 days full deposit will be retained.
